THE STORE AGENT WAS VERY HELPFULL. SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING.

I am writing this review in regards to a car audio installation that I recently had done. I scheduled in store for 2 amplifier, 2 sets of door speakers, LC7I converter and for subwoofer installation. When I arrived at the store to drop off my car. I was told by the installer that they didn't scheduled me enough time to do the whole job. I should have been scheduled more than 4 hours. I was pi$$ed to say the least. But I wasn't mad at the installer because he had nothing to do with it. After we talked and scheduled for the rest of my car to be finished. The installer got both sets of door speakers installed. He also got the power wire ran back for the amplifiers. The work was done nicely and my speakers sound amazing. Can't wait to hear what they sound like with a amplifier on them. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the mess up that occurred. Moral of the story double check and make sure everything is correct when you set up for the installation. Mistakes happen and it is what is! I will do another review after my music is finished being installed the 1st week of February!

I scheduled an appointment to replace some dry rotted speakers in a 16 year old SUV. I ordered speakers from an online store. When I arrived at the install the vehicle required an adapter plate from another car manufacturer. Member helped me find and order it online and reschedule the install. Install was quick and professional. Great experience all around.

Not my first visit. After first purchase I made sure to schedule all my future appointments though them.

Adding speakers was a last minute decision. He made an excellent recommendation and it sounds terrific.

I consulted with Audio Installer Mike Pieceynski Best Buy store 1451 for my 2016 Nissan crew 4door. He was awesome and it felt more like an collaboration than …sell me some Kickers and on to the next install. His audio knowledge was right-on as we worked out the details and he was super excited to do this build. I knew I wanted to use the Alpine PDX 400w amp instead of replacing my factory head and a compact sub under the seat. He suggested the JBL BassPro 8” sub and JBL 6x9 3 ways in the front door panels and JBL 6.5 2 ways in the rear. I wanted clarity, every acoustical detail, like a live stage. He set the door speakers to mid and high only and w/ bass phased out of them. I listen to music using high end Sennheiser headphones and the reproduction of this setup in my truck is amazing (proper acoustic staging in an auto is impossible) but this sounds pretty awesome. He delivered! He offered to tweak it for me for free if I needed it later, but it sounds insane like it is. They are lucky to have Mike at their store and his work was exceptional.

I dropped off my vehicle early for speaker replacement. The technicians completed the work ahead of schedule and the speakers sound fantastic. I would recommend the geek squad at best buy anytime!!

Happy with installation but not with cost. I assumed I’d get a great deal since I purchased equipment at Best Buy, I was greatly mistaken.

Rey was the gentleman who installed my new speakers in my car. I couldn’t be happier. He was very helpful before the installation, by discussing with me the quality of my speakers/amplifier, and checking my car to see if he can instal the speakers. The new tweeters for my car required special customization to fit in the factory tweeter’s location. Not every technician knows how to perform custom jobs, but Rey does. Without his help, I am not sure how/where I would get my tweeters installed. All of my speakers were installed professionally. After the installation, my car looks like it did prior to the installation; my car looks factory built, but now it has a Hi-Fi sounding stereo system. It took a few weeks before I could get an appointment with Rey, but it was worth it, knowing I had a professional working on my car who could do the job, and do it right.

The agent installed 2 sets of car speakers in my front and rear doors. The agent was clearly knowledgeable on car stereos. Thanks to another agent being freed up, the work was done well before the estimated time. The agent noticed that one set came with their own spacers so I was able to return a set back to Best Buy. This was much appreciated. In addition, I had mentioned that I might want to replace the head unit in the future, so the agent did a lot of research because the head unit is integrated with some car engine settings that could be lost with just any new head unit. Very pleasant experience overall!

Perfect installation in under an hour, and the Kicker speakers added a lot of life to my CarPlay!

No issues with install, no broken clips or sections of the dash. I have a 2007 vehicle, and Payton took amazing care of it while taking everything apart for this job. System going strong after a couple months now, the wiring was installed cleanly and Payton (in Grand Junction, CO) did a killer job on the total system.

Paul did a very professional job. I was very satisfied with the service that was rendered to me.
