I actually had a broken door handle on the driver side of my car and the passenger's was scratched. So I bought the replacement for both driver side and passenger side new on eBay so that they match exactly. They were $35 each and I paid for the speaker install $65 at Best Buy. I paid online scheduled the appointment online and explained this in the notes at the time I picked my install date. Best Buy called me about a week before and told me they could easily do it but if something comes up they might have to charge me more. (Worse case scenario it would have cost me about $20 extra.) I dropped off my car at 10 AM and they were done at 12 noon and they were very friendly. It didn't cost me anything more and my car door handles look sparkling new and work perfectly. The install guys were very nice and my car looks great!! I am very happy! Lexus 2002.
I would recommend this to a friend

I like the new radio I bought for my 2015 jeep patriot. It’s a kenwood brand with a cd player. The installation was down by Scott at the Springfield Pa store. So later I had JBL Club speakers installed as well. The sound is strong and a better sound. Now I want Scott to install a Kicker cx360 amp. After that the system will be completed. Thanks Best Buy !!

I dropped off my vehicle early for speaker replacement. The technicians completed the work ahead of schedule and the speakers sound fantastic. I would recommend the geek squad at best buy anytime!!

I scheduled an appointment to replace some dry rotted speakers in a 16 year old SUV. I ordered speakers from an online store. When I arrived at the install the vehicle required an adapter plate from another car manufacturer. Member helped me find and order it online and reschedule the install. Install was quick and professional. Great experience all around.
I can not say enough good things about the install

My Geek Squad installer was by far the best installer I ever and I mean ever had install a car steeeo before and I have had ten different cars with ten different installers and after this experience I will only goto him. My van was listed as only having one set of speakers but when doing a physical inspection and consulting the manufacturer the tech verified and updated Best Buy that there is four in my model of this van. He verified my radio order and equipment order before the install. My install was slated or slotted to be three to four hours for Speakers stereo wiring and dm radio install. The tech whipped out all the easy parts first, the stereo and can install and allowed me to hear the stereo and dm unit before the new speaker install he checked what the factory impedance and specs were then he installed the new speakers and it was such a difference it was unreal. He finished the job under two hours and refunded the additional hours back to my card that was a class act

I am writing this review in regards to a car audio installation that I recently had done. I scheduled in store for 2 amplifier, 2 sets of door speakers, LC7I converter and for subwoofer installation. When I arrived at the store to drop off my car. I was told by the installer that they didn't scheduled me enough time to do the whole job. I should have been scheduled more than 4 hours. I was pi$$ed to say the least. But I wasn't mad at the installer because he had nothing to do with it. After we talked and scheduled for the rest of my car to be finished. The installer got both sets of door speakers installed. He also got the power wire ran back for the amplifiers. The work was done nicely and my speakers sound amazing. Can't wait to hear what they sound like with a amplifier on them. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the mess up that occurred. Moral of the story double check and make sure everything is correct when you set up for the installation. Mistakes happen and it is what is! I will do another review after my music is finished being installed the 1st week of February!
