My Geek Squad installer was by far the best installer I ever and I mean ever had install a car steeeo before and I have had ten different cars with ten different installers and after this experience I will only goto him. My van was listed as only having one set of speakers but when doing a physical inspection and consulting the manufacturer the tech verified and updated Best Buy that there is four in my model of this van. He verified my radio order and equipment order before the install. My install was slated or slotted to be three to four hours for Speakers stereo wiring and dm radio install. The tech whipped out all the easy parts first, the stereo and can install and allowed me to hear the stereo and dm unit before the new speaker install he checked what the factory impedance and specs were then he installed the new speakers and it was such a difference it was unreal. He finished the job under two hours and refunded the additional hours back to my card that was a class act

I am writing this review in regards to a car audio installation that I recently had done. I scheduled in store for 2 amplifier, 2 sets of door speakers, LC7I converter and for subwoofer installation. When I arrived at the store to drop off my car. I was told by the installer that they didn't scheduled me enough time to do the whole job. I should have been scheduled more than 4 hours. I was pi$$ed to say the least. But I wasn't mad at the installer because he had nothing to do with it. After we talked and scheduled for the rest of my car to be finished. The installer got both sets of door speakers installed. He also got the power wire ran back for the amplifiers. The work was done nicely and my speakers sound amazing. Can't wait to hear what they sound like with a amplifier on them. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for the mess up that occurred. Moral of the story double check and make sure everything is correct when you set up for the installation. Mistakes happen and it is what is! I will do another review after my music is finished being installed the 1st week of February!

Install of speakers did not take long when I came they were ready to work and started in time

The two techs at Best Buy Humble, TX did a great job of installing Kicker truck speakers. I am very satisfied with the service they performed.

She was outstanding nice and she knew what she was doing

No issues with install, no broken clips or sections of the dash. I have a 2007 vehicle, and Payton took amazing care of it while taking everything apart for this job. System going strong after a couple months now, the wiring was installed cleanly and Payton (in Grand Junction, CO) did a killer job on the total system.

Installation guys did a great job. Kept me abreast of what I needed and made suggestions on products needed for future installations.

I consulted with Audio Installer Mike Pieceynski Best Buy store 1451 for my 2016 Nissan crew 4door. He was awesome and it felt more like an collaboration than …sell me some Kickers and on to the next install. His audio knowledge was right-on as we worked out the details and he was super excited to do this build. I knew I wanted to use the Alpine PDX 400w amp instead of replacing my factory head and a compact sub under the seat. He suggested the JBL BassPro 8” sub and JBL 6x9 3 ways in the front door panels and JBL 6.5 2 ways in the rear. I wanted clarity, every acoustical detail, like a live stage. He set the door speakers to mid and high only and w/ bass phased out of them. I listen to music using high end Sennheiser headphones and the reproduction of this setup in my truck is amazing (proper acoustic staging in an auto is impossible) but this sounds pretty awesome. He delivered! He offered to tweak it for me for free if I needed it later, but it sounds insane like it is. They are lucky to have Mike at their store and his work was exceptional.

The speaker installation was fast (under an hour) and the guys at the desk and who did the install were super friendly. It was a little confusing to find the service center at first though.

Ralph is the BEST Best Buy installer that I have worked with at various stores through the years. I live in San Marcos and although there are other store closer to me, I bring my vehicles to him because I know that he does quality work. He provides exception service and is extremely knowledgeable about the products.

Tech was thorough and explained everything to me. Helped me ffigure out features on my new unit.

Installation was fast, friendly and spot on! The staff at the Tinley Park store is very knowledgeable and attentive.

I purchased replacement door speakers for my car and the install techs did a great job putting them in. They were polite and detailed with install.

The insatall went very smoothly, the guys were very nice. I felt at ease knowing they were very knowledgeable, and they had the job done in no time. I would definitely recommend these guys for all of your car audio needs!
