Ralph is the BEST Best Buy installer that I have worked with at various stores through the years. I live in San Marcos and although there are other store closer to me, I bring my vehicles to him because I know that he does quality work. He provides exception service and is extremely knowledgeable about the products.

I Recently I had a new JVC radio & speaker's installed in a older truck I have owned for 12+ years at Best Buy in Rogers, Arkansas and I Received Outstanding World Class Service & Instillation by "John" the Technician in Automotive Service Dept. Not only was he Professional in the Install but also in Person answering all of my questions and Offered Advice for a Great Outcome! Looks as it was OEM Factory Installed. Text me when finished & spent time showing me all of the features and functions when I arrived to pick up the truck. I will diffentaley not hesitate to return again. Thank You John!

The speaker installation was fast (under an hour) and the guys at the desk and who did the install were super friendly. It was a little confusing to find the service center at first though.
