    My speakers were working when I got there. When I picked it up, the tech had me sign off it was done, got me in the car and started, and then mentioned the speakers on the right were not working. Goodbye. No suggestions. And although there were 2.5 unused hours in my scheduled installation, no attempt to trouble shoot. I asked what could be done and he told me to buy 4 speakers, throw away 2, and come back. I feel this was intentional.

    The service was priced well enough, but I was not excited to hear that the technician had to take an extra hour to learn how to install my speaker. I had to snap my door panels back together after my car was returned to me.

    Speaker installation not well

    I had to take car back to be have wires adjusted. There was a loud popping noice coming from radio after installation and speakers. It was not pleasant at all. I had to turn the radio off, for the noice to continue. After a 45 min drive of listening to this I had to do it hear it again in the morning to drop off the car again for it to be fixed. I was explained that they did not drive the car to make sure it did not have noice coming from speakers while driving.

    Install was fine or it would be 0 stars. People were nice, but it was supposed to be done by 6:00 and did not get done until 10:30. They did have the courtesy to call, but son still had an hour drive back to school.

    This item was suggested by the service technician, per the specifications in their system. It didn't fit, after trying to force it in. They then damaged my amplifier, and told me it was like that already. If they knew the amplifier didn't work, why did they try to hook it up? Why didn't they not tell me until after the fact?

    Everything works well but my installer suggested swapping sub woofers to an Alpine box. I agreed but he didn't say he meant only 1 box and subwoofer because I had previously purchased 2 different subs to be installed. Nothing was done to fix this pretty major mistake and I'm not satisfied with only having half of what I wanted installed (in terms of the sub woofers.) I definitely feel like something could of been done to at least attempt to make me happy. They really dropped the ball on this one. I'll be getting my next stereo install done else where.

    Ive been trying to get my car speakers to work right and ive gone to multiple best buys and bought multiple sets of speakers. I get not being able to fix something but i feel like someone should be able to give me some idea of whats actually wrong so i dont burn so much money on speakers and attempted repairs. Will not be going back to best buy and i wish i hadnt spent so much money trying to get it done here. Unacceptable.

    To be clear we are very happy with our equipment after driving an extra 2 hours to have the job finished correctly. The tech that did the install is very knowledgeable and did his best in my opinion under the circumstances. He was bother often for help from his "coworkers" and kept getting pulled from the install to answer questions. I felt horrible calling him back to fix some issues but nobody else onsite would have known how to do it anyway. I will not be going back to this location unless absolutely necessary.

    Charged Twice

    Spent hours between online chats and two phone reps over two days at Best Buy support with no resolution. This should be fairly simple. I was charged twice, please refund one of the charges. This isn’t that difficult. But, to Best Buy it’s apparently is the most complex and bewildering issue to ever be brought to customer service. I will be requesting a chargeback on the duplicate transaction through the issuing bank of the card, American Express.

    Sounds horrible and I was never offered a consultation…. This is the bigggest nightmare of store ever! I was sold wrong products, told wrong info and sales associate has no clue. They should not be helping customers when they themselves don’t even know what they are doing.

    Was charged an install using the website to make my purchase for products and install. Had my car type and all. Arrived to appointment, they didn't have the proper time set aside. Charged an install fee. Guess it cost 70 bucks to have them place it in the backseat. I talked to the manager and still no make up install date. Best Buy let me down, was hoping to have this fixed before I deployed. Guess we'll never know.

    Audio shop techs tried installing LED’s

    On the last week of June I purchased the tech support so my husband could have some LED lights installed on his new truck a week later, and it’s been a very disappointing 3 weeks later of poor installation by the first tech named Josh, a second attempt a week after that by a different tech shorted the lights out on one side of the truck and now on week 3 new LED’s have been ordered to be installed again but having to wait yet another week for installation a month later

    My speaker install was cancelled the day before at the store in Pinole, CA. They rescheduled it now in 2 weeks. This store is one of the worst experience I had with a stereo install. Can't even install my stereo in correctly 2 weeks ago and didn't check if everything was installed correctly. Will have to wait a month now because they didn't get it right the first time.

    I purchased and had my speakers installed by one of your installers and to be honest I am not very satisfied with the job that was done at all

    Never installed speakers even though website said I had appointment and made no effort to clear up misunderstanding. rescheduled me a week later after I had already waited two weeks for the appointment and contacted a support prior to said appointment.

    I had a awful experience first time I drop off my vehicle the right stuff wasn’t ordered even though I came in weeks earlier to spend a hour in store going over my purchases had wait another 2 weeks get installed. Then I drop it off at 10 am got my vehicle back at 615 or 620 pm was supposed take only 5 15

    A lot of money to spend on basic installation for car speakers. Didn't change the sound so was kind of a waste of money

    Complete waste of time. BB never sent the instructions on how to redeem. I have spent 57 minutes on the phone speaking with 4 different people who have no idea how to redeem

    The guy was rude condesending and broke my buttons for my locks and windows. Then he issues me a refund on a gift card screwing up my entire zip order. Now im being charged for stuff that i dont have and bestbuy customer service sucks!!
