Working well so far and happy with it. Sometimes the touch screen doesn’t register commands but I’m not sure if that’s from the screen protector.

Exchanged for Lenovo yogabook c930.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend Open Box

The only disappointment was that the unit was not prepared for use by the purchaser of the open box product. At the very least, the purchaser should have been warned the wifi feature would have been an issue.

Wish it had a usb port for easy mouse setups but overall it hasnt stopped me from enjoying it. Solid build quality. Great screen resolution. All the goodies. I don’t think it’s worth $1000 ask price but its whatever. I wanted to pay for a good product and thats what i got. So, mission accomplished.

Bad Product!

We purchased this product just over a year ago. The screen has been randomly turning off, it overheats, does not allow for proctored exams stating another application is running when there are no other applications running. The charger stopped working, ordered a new Microsoft charger, still not charging, so the charging issue is internal. Called and spoke with a Microsoft customer service rep= waste of time, supervisor=waste of time, and waited for a call from a Manager = waste of time. All stated it was just out of warranty, offered a new device for $500. Why spend $500 for something that should be replaced. Geek Squad diagnosis=Processor is failed! They also stated this is not uncommon. STAY AWAY from Microsoft Processors!

Tech salesperson Brian was really knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. I took one look at this baby and fell in love. It sure is pretty. I know it's probably more than I needed but absolutely no regrets so far. Intuitive function.
