I’m an Apple user and tried the Surface Pro X and was very impressed, but I returned it because I had difficulty using it. It’s all me (the user) and not the product. Many of my friends use Surface products and love them. You really can’t go wrong with this product and I wish I could have added it to my work flow.

While the machine is great for performance and battery life, application compatibility Was a big issue. This is looking like a Microsoft's version of Chromebook.

Generally like the product but disappointer see removal of the micro SD slot and USB slot. Forced me to buy adapters for monitor, mouse and micro SD.

I have mixed reviews. There is not a port for my hdmi cable. There are some nice lightweight features. I would have expected more for the price. Too early to tell.

Needed a device to do work from home and on the go as an essential worker. This device makes for all accessibility features to have a seamless and smooth transition being able to complete any and all task on the go or while at home!

Fast boot up time, clear display, fan blowers in the back (not just the typical bottom ones) and really cool multicolor changing keyboard! I am a big fan of ASUS gaming laptops just for normal use (I do not game) because it is very reliable. My old one I had for around 7 years.

I bought this as a laptop replacement with the touch keyboard. The screen is amazing, even in bright sunlight. Touch keyboard and dictation make me wonder if I really even need the keyboard. LTE is a bonus, no more fumbling with the cell phone to turn on the hotspot.

We had to return this laptop because it is not compatible with Google Drive Stream. It cannot run on an ARM processor.

Got the Surface Pro for my Granddaughter who needed it to do on line classes. She’s 13 and set it up and used right away. I’ve had a Surface Pro for 4 years. I’ve used it while traveling and genuinely enjoy the lightweight simple and reliable operation.

Quality built. All around excellent Tablet that can replace a laptop with a keyboard cover. It’s fast, light, bright, and comes with two USB- C ports for accessories. Highly recommend buying a keyboard cover if you plan to replace your laptop!

I wanted an alternative to Ipad pro's I've had through the year. Beautiful design but use as a tablet is lacking in software.

My husband purchased this to go digital with his business. He takes it to job sites, take pictures and writes measurements then creates a file and can access the information from his desk top as well!

Wish I could give it a zero. Bought because am visually impaired and need large screen/font (last one hit the floor, so bought this very quickly). Installed Kindle. Can't increase font size enough. List of books shows cover rather than title (the so-called title version has 8 point font), books did not transfer over downloaded. It takes 4 - 5 clicks to download (as opposed to ONE) - and there are over 800 books to be downloaded. Panel showing non-related things keeps appearing at right as I am reading. Takes multiple swipes to move to next page. Result of reading first book - headache from too small font size AND very tired hand! When on Yahoo, as I am scrolling down to next article, it immediately pops up without any clicking and won't easily return to home page. Windows tablet interface is HORRIBLE. Some commands require a keyboard (which would add extra weight). When you are asked for a PIN, the keyboard shows up in letter mode. Since we used a Price Match, not eligible for return. I now have a very expensive, useless piece of..... (fill in the blank).

I had my doubts, but this is a very versatile machine. Duplicates a PC with ease, but works very well as a tablet as well. The real test occurs when I start on road trips.

Really wish the pen was included. Paid a thousand dollars. I try to only buy from Best Buy. Sweeten the deal for me sometimes. Happy new year

Was very please with my second sales associate. Was overlooked based on my appearance from the first guy in that section. Overall my purchase was fine and I am very happy with my surface pro computer.

this thing a sooo awesome! i love how you get the best of both worlds. not only does it have features of a high end tablet but the power of a desktop that you can take literally everywhere with you.

Amazing as a suface pro 6 owner This thing blew me out of the water. I downgraded to a surface go for work. However I will be purchasing another surface pro x soon. best buy is the spot!

Unfortunately did not keep this Surface. Just didnt have the same feel as previous model.
