Good for watching videos and stuff but not good for running any apps such as photoshop or lightroom. I'm returning it and buying a surface pro with i7 processor

It took over 40 minutes to return. I ended up returning this one for a new one so we will see how it works.

But it is a bad laptop and a bad tablet. Battery dosent seem to last long but audio is good. Will crash playing any games and theres really no apps for it

I was sold the base model and told it was the best. Had to swap it out for better processor/hard drive space and more ram.

After she returned to her country, she found out that the battery was not charging. I had to return it, Although I get a reimbursement, I ended up paying more than 100 dollars, from shipping and taxes. It seems like the computer is good, but it seems the quality of open box products is not as described in the website.

The tablet appears to be locked to T-Mobile. There is no information on the listing whether it is open or locked, cannot get a human on the phone and the chat techs are no help. Other than returning, my only option is to schedule an appointment in a store (2 hour round trip).

After just 3 days of use computer froze. Had to wait until battery died to get computer to turn of. Replugged error message that it had not restarted properly automatic repair complete. Repeat. Brought back. Disappointed to say least. No device during shut down even worse
