    Do not buy this! You might get lucky and have a working product, but if anything goes wrong this company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, if any. After installation, one of the 8 cameras suddenly stopped working and we contacted the manufacturer about exchanging it. It took a day for them to respond after our initial "chat" with a representative online. The called us around 6am and wanted us to live troubleshoot while they were on the phone with us. Even having some tech experience, it was difficult for me to work with the rep cause of how impatient he was. After it was clear that the camera itself was not working, we were told they would replace it. He called back the next morning, again around 6am, but did not leave a message. After that, it's been two months and we haven't had our camera exchanged. I've chatted online with a representative again, twice, and nothing. The last person told me they'd send the form via email after our chat. That was days ago. I have found a phone number to call them and the first thing you hear is an automated notice that the company "does not tolerate verbal abuse or physical threats to their employees". That's a good sign that customers must feel distress enough to blow up when they finally make contact with an actual person. Here's the thing, the cameras look really good. It's a great upgrade from our last system. But it doesn't mean anything if the product is faulty from the box and the manufacturer's warranty is impossible to honor somehow. Unfortunately, at this point we've passed the return period for Best Buy, but we're trying to hold the company itself accountable for being so careless.

    User interface is very old and clunky. Picture quality strong and devices seem sturdy. Easy to run power over Ethernet and upgrade !

    Price is great. POE is very easy with only one cable for each camera for both power and picture. Video looks great so far. I just hope the cameras last.

    Camera Installation.

    The cameras were installed for maximum coverage and the technician did a great job crawling through my attic and a lot of insulation in order to put the wires in the appropriate places. The only problem is when he exited the attic via the ladder in the garage, he inadvertently broke the bottom rung. The Best Buy Manager informed the dispatcher that they would have it repaired.

    Easy to install and set-up, picture was not as good as with my swann 1080p HD system, night view was even less desirable. I returned the security camera system with no problems. Best buy had no problems with return.
