Very pleased with security system.

I am very pleased with the system. Had to create privacy areas for the bushes on the side of my house, it set off the motion detector on the cameras. It took several hours to install. Make sure you hook up and test all the cameras before you put them up. Like the pushed Motion notification feature to my phone It takes a while to go thru all the features to select the settings best for you. Very pleased with the entire system. The pictures at night are surprising very good. I would recommend this system.

You can't get it to work right on windows 10, the screen is way to big and there is no way to move the screen, if you try to adjust display it changes everything on your computer. tech support was no help-either on the phone or on their chat. they talk to you like you are stupid and beneath them. and you just have to live with it. wish i had not bought it,

Recorded video cuts of to soon and when someone is in my yards you see them enter and then it suddenly cuts off. Good night vision picture though.

That being said I really prefer the wired vs wireless. I don't have to worry about switching out batteries. I do love the HD quality. Does lag via phone slightly if in SD. But, other than that I personally love it.

I love this product. Good quality and resolution.

Was upset at the fact that the outer cameras are Plastic. You would think for the price of this items you would have better quality but I’m sure they are still good, it’s not like they will get beaten around anyways. The Angles were really awkward to figure out. I struggled installing them because the screws which you loosen up to move around were only on one side of the camera so if you have to pretty much loosen them up before screwing them up for good. What I did was loosen them up and before screwing to wall(or whatever installed on) I tightened the screws and then screwed to wall or roof. Was easy once I go the hang of it. The wire to the alarm is really short so be careful when adjusting to your perfect angle view. Will do an updated review once fully set up.

Fun feature is he lights and alarms you can turn on to scare anyone that comes on your property

I chose this one because you don't need internet to use it. Of course there is an option for internet if you want to use the mobile app.

Recording reaction time

Image quality is ok. Gonna have to upgrade at somepoint.

Thank you for your feedback. With optimal internet speeds, you should see only a 1-2 second delay in accessing your camera's live view. Please remember that like all wireless cameras, our device conserves battery by entering sleep mode when idle, which can cause a slight delay in activation upon detecting motion.

We are sorry to hear about your most recent experience with our Swann - Enforcer™ 8-Channel, 6-Camera Indoor/Outdoor Wired 4K UHD 2TB DVR Security Camera Surveillance System. The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting.
