I'm glad I went with this unit. It's really easy to use. It's programed to my cell phone and my wifes too. It lets me know if any movement around house. I just look on my cell to see what's going on . great unit.

Installation can be made easier with electrical fishing tools and attic access. Cameras are clear and be monitored via phone app. The heat sensor along with lights and sirens are awesome and was the main reason I made purchase. I bought the 8 pack but wish I would have purchased the 12 camera to secure the detached garage as well. Well worth the money and installation efforts.

Great Security Camera System for the money

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had another brand Security Camera System and it did not pick up movement like I thought it would do, so I reviewed articles about this system and decided to purchase it. The cameras pick up very sharp images and pick up movement from animals. My other system only allowed 8 cameras and this one allows up to 16. It comes with 12 and once you start setting up your cameras, you find that the more the better. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a hard wire system.

I setup a few of them and the Ultra 4K is good and also you can connect it and view on the internet with the app. You dont need a static internet line and great performance

Amazing Views

After replacing all of the cabling I had very high-definition views. I easily got the live view on my android devices but had some difficulty with getting a live view on my Windows 10 PC.

HD, colors, and video is excellent... App is confusing... Customer service agents with Best Buy did the best that they could do, then Swann customer service helped iron out a few more issues. Almost satisfied... Still working on it...

Good camera system

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since this is Power Over Ethernet (POE) version there is a wired connection to the cameras for ethernet and power, making both more reliable. The video picture is good. If you attach a monitor to the dvr unit for viewing and setup the resolution can be an issue around the edges with an older tv because the screen extends a little past the boundary of the tv. the phone app works pretty well though a couple of times I had to swipe the app off on my iphone and start it again. the ability to talk, turn on a light, and sound an alarm are nice features

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.4K image but will only display 4K if you have a 4k tv Lights 10/10 Siren 10/10 very loud, when DVR gets full it deletes old recordings and keeps on filming, easy to use, come with a short internet cable so keep that in mind where you place your dvr or buy a long internet cable.

Installing took me longer than I thought it would, but overall happy with the way it looks. Cameras look crisp, way better than the Arlo system I used to have. Will update at a later time if any issues pop up.
