  • Good Idea for non smartphone users

    The concept is great. A doorbell with a camera attached by a single cable to a monitor. No need for a computer hook up or needing a smartphone or smart house. The only down side, is that the cable between the doorbell and monitor is only 62' long. So you are limited on where you can place the monitor. They do not offer additional length of wire to purchase. I had to return mine because the monitor cable did not reach the area where I wanted it to be.

    I bought this doorbell so that I can communicate with the person outside my door without having to open it, and the doorbell works nice.

    Poor design, setting up and drilling and everything else is, or would have been a pain but luckily I pre-tested, read the instructions, and saw what was going to be needed to install this, what a pain! Returning.
