After the purchase of my new I pad ,I wanted to make sure the screen was protected, I had previous experience with the screen protector and did not hesitate buying and having it expertly installed on the screen..... No bubbles or imperfections whatsoever. The agent was very professional and patient as he was not satisfied with the first install and immediately performed the install a second time ( with a new protector) . I am completely satisfied.

Despite the excellent training received by the Squad staff, it took several tries before proper installation at the Geek Squad counter. It is a task that not only requires skill but the proper set up and environment. In this case it should have been a "clean lab" space where the amount of dust particles in the air and work surfaces would be minimized and that the staff was not afforded. I got impeccable service because the staff were very professional and only satisfied when installation was perfect (no dust speck between iPad pro screen and shield).

We were warned that applying the screen protector is not as easy as we might expect. It is easy to get bubbles under the protector, not fit properly to the screen, or have other fit issues so we decided to have Geek Squad install. They did a perfect job and we only had to wait 15-20 minutes. As mentioned in review of protector, the iPad was knocked to a hard floor with no damage. If we had installed improperly, we might have had a bad outcome and not been covered. Worth the $15 installation fee.

The service given by the individual is inaccurate I have not had an any issues on getting my answered.

Rather than installing the shield myself I decided to have the Geek Squad do it. It can be tricky to do it yourself and you may find your fingerprints on the screen if you do it yourself. Or worse you could mess the shield up to totally and have to repurchase it. Save your money and your sanity and let the Geek Squad do it. They did a great job, and if they damage the shield in the process they will obtain a new shield at their cost, not yours. The service is well worth the money; I would use their services again.

One person might think, "Wow. Fifteen dollars to have another person to do a job that I can; I'm not gonna do that!" This is so worth it, you simply could never do as well of a job as the GeekSquad can with putting these tablet covers onto your iPad and if they mess up then it is at no fault to you - they take it off and put a new one on with no cost to you. If you have any doubts about putting on product covers on your own, just bring it in to your local Best Buy and they will do a fantastic job for you! Trust me, I have done this twice.

Having bought many tablets I prefer to have Geek Squad install my screen covers. I do buy the ones ( screen covers ) that have a lifetime warranty. I don't have the patience to put in on myself , so I just drop it off and usually walk the mall or just go to lunch. Then they let me know its ready for pick up. One time I had a (replacement) screen cover that had the sellers name right on the middle of the screen. And the Geek Squad pulled it off and got a screen cover off their shelves and installed that one on for me. They didn't even charge me for it. Now that's what I call service.

If you buy your Zagg Shield for your iPad at Best Buy, why not let Best Buy put it on your iPad? It's a no brainer: they do excellent work, and since they must do this service many times, their expertise is apparent. Even if it costs you a service fee, it is worth it.

The screen doesn't appear that difficult to put on, but I chose to let Geek Squad do it because of the perks. Without Geek Squad installation, you have to keep your original box for replacement. With Geek Squad installation, all you have to do is take your broken protector back to Best Buy and receive a replacement. They also guarantee the installation against air bubbles. They did an excellent job of installing it and I couldn't be happier.

The first agent that installed my screen did a poor job. It was crooked, and had hair under it. He said the bubbles would go away, and that if I wasn't happy with it, I could come back any time to get it redone free of charge. I did mention the hair to him but he didn't fix it then. A while later, the bubbles hadn't gotten better and believe it or not the hair was still there! So I took it back. The man at the desk this time was very nice and helpful. They did a great job with the reapplication. The bottom line is that even though the first application was bad, they do guarantee the work. I was able to get a new protector applied without buying a new one and it's great now. While I'd be more stubborn the first time if I did it again, I'd pay for this service again if the situation arose.

Good Installation with nice support and advised how to maintain

I like the fact that they had the item in stock. The associate didn't install it, he took it over to the phone service area and had them do it. The only complaint I would have is they charge a high amount to put it on for you. I feel this should be included in the purchase price. When I purchased my phone and shield there in the phone center Best Buy they did not charge a fee to install it. So, in my opinion they shouldn't have charged me the install fee for my I pad/shelield purchase(which were purchased together).

These guys knew exactly what they were doing. One was a supervisor. It took less than a half an hour to complete. They explained and demonstrated how to use the mount. They were completely confident in the integrity of my walls and the ability to support the system. I would hire them again in a minute.

I'm WAY too much of a perfectionist to even attempt to put one of the ZAGG Invisible Shields on for myself so I will always pay the extra fee to have them do it. They will redo it (at their cost) until it is perfect!

Just bought a new iPad and wanted a screen protector on it. I have 3 dogs at home, so I knew it would not be a good place. I decided to go to Best Buy and get them to put it on. For the first attempt, a small speck of dust got underneath the middle of the protector. He asked me if I wanted him to try again and I asked if he could. Second try was perfect. No dust and was put on evenly.

I have had 5 Zagg screen protectors installed by the Geek Squad over the past 2-3 years and each time they are very professional and take their time to make sure that there are no bubbles or anything that doesnt look perfectly smooth. This one I had installed during the hectic Christmas shopping season and still they took their time and did not rush through it. Great attention to detail. I felt they treated it like it was their own.

Extremely helpful and patient! Took the time to explain everything without getting impatient.
