One of the most frustrating things for me is putting on a screen protector, I have trouble with the alignment and bubbles. The Geek Squad agent was able to do it quickly and perfectly while I got to shop around the store. The experience was painless for me so I highly recommend this service. It is well worth the price!

I purchased the service contract for two yrs. on my new 76 inch tv, Everything was done to perfection. They were on time, installed it where I wanted. And they cleaned up after it was all done.

I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was very helpful and put our screen protector on quickly and perfect.

The geek did a good job installing and it was pretty quick install

The geek squad did a wonderful job installing my table shield. I originally bought one and tried to put it on myself. Please don't follow my lead because I messed up the shield I bought and had to buy another one. I wish I would've have the geek squad put it on first. They did a great job and I only had to wait 15 minutes for it to get done. I would reccommed the geek squad for any installations.

The agent separated my IPAD from my husband’s computer. This was a big problem for us....he has his own Apple ID and I have mine. We had taken my old IPAD and his Apple Computer to our Apple Store in SC and were told if we did separate the one Apple ID he would loose everything on his computer. He also completed the tablet shield installation.

I knew it would take me F O R E V E R to install on my screen. The young man installed it carefully and effectively. Fast too! The only thing that I feel should be done is if it’s purchased from BestBuy (which I did) you could offer to install it for free. But $15 for install was worth it (for me at least)

It was a bit pricy, especially since I had just purchased not only the new iPad, but also a $50 case. I wish I would have received a discount but hey, whatever. I knew if I would’ve done it myself I would’ve wasted more money in buying a whole new screen protector because I would’ve messed it up lol. But the job was well done and I walked out a happy customer.

Just plain DURABLE . This iPad is always being moved/ carried around from one location to another. Great protection.

I am so happy this service is offered. Unfortunately, it use to be free with purchase and now it isn’t. The installer did a topnotch job!

Tried to put on a screen protector myself but unfortunately ran into a few specs of dust that completely screwed it up, decided to get another screen protector and let the geek squad member to do it. Not going to lie it is costly however it is installed perfectly. The member had to get off a lot of dust and took a while to install it but the results were exactly what I wanted.

The agent installed my screen protector on my phone, while we waited in store. We got to the store at one of there’s busy time, but we only had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for the install. The person who worked on my phone did a real good job on placing it in the phone.

I'm on my 4th screen protector. A new person practiced putting my first one on and it had a foreign object in the middle of the screen, after waiting 30 min. The 2nd and third, I never saw. They said one was defective. I have my 4th one, after 50 min and there is a small piece of lint towards the edge, but my case covers it up. Don't want to go back again. I would recommend the product, but have concerns about the installation proficiency.

The otter box I bought was a little intimidating. The Geek squad team member got it on with no trouble

The crew that worked at Best Buy did a good job putting the ZAGG cover on for me. I tried doing it by myself one other time and it is so much easier to have them do it and knowing it is done right puts my mind at ease as far as protecting my investment. The did make wait for what felt like forever...this could be faster in my opinion, Very professional behavior though. Happy they did it!
