A great bug i was ify about it but it was way worth the purchase and keeps my laptop cool and adds more USB ports.

its doing a great job keeping my laptop cool i had previous problems with keeping my lap top cool and this item is doing a great job ,the rubber feet keep it from sliding around when on a table and the laptop stays in place when its on my lap the fans are quiet yet powerful .heat is the number one killer of laptops so if you want to keep your laptop running good i recomend this product.

I purshased this for my new lap top, I spend a lot of time on my computer and its smart to keep them cool, I also liked the idea of having the extra port connections built in, making it convenient, it has a tilt option as well, helps make it easier to not hurt your neck looking down. Great investment!

It's not as bulky as the ones I've used before, which I really appreciate. It does its job very well--keeps my laptop cool even playing a pretty resource-intensive game, and it helps a lot in a hot room. The adjustable table portion is a nice touch, it feels quite stable. There's a ridge on the bottom to keep the laptop in place. There are indeed four USB ports on the back, but I found three of them to be a very tight fit. The plastic doesn't feel like the sturdiest thing on the planet, but it's much, much better than some of the less expensive ones that I was afraid even I could snap with my hands. I did get mine on sale---I don't know that I would have paid full price for it (thus the "good" rating for value) but I'm very happy with what I got for what I paid.

It does what you would expect from a cooling pad even if it is a little bit noisy. The adjustable height mechanism is not as smooth as i would like, but it works fine. The built in 4 port USB hub is very handy. There is a plug in for an optional AC adapter; however, there is no information on what AC adapter's ratings should be. Still for the price it is OK.

This item was highly recommended and I am not disappointed. It is easy to use and solved my issue with overheating.

The system is stable and usable at various heights. I cannot use the USB HUB, however, because the fan comes on automatically if I plug the hub into my computer. The fan is noisy. If there is a way to control them separately, I am unaware of it. Please let me know.

It does have 3 extra USB ports (it has 4 total, but you use one to connect to power), which is very convenient. Also, it keeps my laptop fans from coming on at all, which is the primary purpose for it, so no complaints about that. However, it is annoyingly louder than I expected. Maybe it's just me, but it's the loudest laptop cooler I have owned. Also, it's not good for sitting on my lap, just too bulky and stiff. Did not open it and actually try it until recently, and too late to return it (my fault), but I would have definitely taken it back. If you're okay with the noise and plan to keep it on a desk, it does keep my laptop fans off, so maybe it's a good choice for the price point.

I bought this for my son's gaming laptop which gets quite hot when being used for gaming for long periods of time. This chill Mat cooling system keeps it in a good working condition and the necessary temperature to maximize the laptop efficiency! Also, it has a 4-port USB hub! Who doesn't need more of those!?? And, Also, it is really neat because it can be raised to a comfortable height not only to ease the hands when typing, but it lights up the screen for someone who is taller so that they don't have to bend down over so much, and it improves the comfort of use.

A good cooling system for my GS65 Stealth at home. Able to hook up to multiple USB devices at the same time is a definite plus! Compact, however the tilting action takes a bit getting use to especially from the flat position to angling upwards.

Disperses heat well. Makes using a laptop while sitting in bed much easier. Have not seen a significant power drain while connected to my laptop.

Fans are bit loud but very useful in terms of height and the angle choices. I honestly don't care about the noise as my gaming desktop is nosier than the fans. It's more important that my laptop stays cool while providing the ergonomic functionalities.

I needed a pad that would keep my laptop cool and raise it up a bit. This works well for both needs so far.

Overall the Chill Mat works well. It definitely help to keep my lap top cooler. Sometimes starts out loud but then quites down after running a bit.

I bought this chill mat for my new Asus laptop. It works pretty well. I bought it on sale at Christmas time at a great price. The fans are a little loud. It has extra USB ports.

Not only does it cool but for my macbook air it give me additional USB ports which really helps out alot!!

I love being able to adjust the tilt so my arms are in a good position. Having a USB hub makes it tons more convenient to switch my laptops (PC for gaming, Mac for working). Every now and then, one of the fans gets noisy. I give it a good tap and it stops. I'm worried about durability. This is the only reason keeping me from awarding 5 stars.

I like this product.I own a 15.6 laptop and it fits very well. I love that it has 4 USB ports that allow me to use when I have this plugged in to my laptop. It cools my laptop sufficiently as my laptop tends to run hot when I watch videos. My only complaint is that the sounds that the fan makes is quite loud and has bothered people sitting around me.

The fans made a very loud and noticable bearing noise straight out of the box. The placement of the two fans are too far center and do not direct air into an area where most laptops need air flow. The funtion of the tilting stand and USB hub are nice but this product does not function as efficiently as other laptop cooling pads out there. I was honestly very disappointed by this product. Recommend to anyone reading this to buy a different product to assist in cooling your laptop.

It works good if planning to keep the laptop on for longer time usage. It helps keeps it cool. It's not noisy and it has 4 usb ports if needed.
