Great product works great are hot and cold use daily

Like using it but even with the straps sometimes it doesn’t stay where I need it to. I do like the temps and it helps. Sort of bulky and heavy though so not great for smaller areas like arms

Cools well and gets pretty hot, but size and hardness make it difficult to actually use. I tried using it on my knee but it only kind of worked and not nearly as well as ice. Lower back was weird because it is only about 4”x3” of cooling so which quadrant do you want to ice.

Bought for my husband because he hurt his shoulder. He like the switch of the button to go from hot to cold.

Great product I love how it has the two straps (larger and smaller) depending on where you need to put it. It can be used for heat therapy and cool therapy and you can have it where it cycles between the two. Great for working out and pain management.

It gets cold and hot, and it works, but it's just a little cumbersome.

Its great to have after work, after working out, or just to relax the muscles. Works great for arm tendinitis, shoulder/upper neck strain, and aids in recovery. Would absolutely recommend to any person who wants to optimize their health

Perfect for specific area focus points. I have used it in my elbow, arm, knee, and back. I even took it to the office and can put it on and run the hot/cold cycles with no issues. Some folks may get annoyed at the fan sound which is not loud but the benefits far out weigh the fan sound.

Works amazing, the cooling & heating are quick and feel amazing would recommend for any household.

This is the best invention for athletes and former athletes or just anyone in constant general pain aches. If you hate having a bunch of different products (heating pads, ice packs, and pain relief pacthes) this is the item for you. To be able to have a product that ices, heats or has a setting that does both is incredibly useful. It gets very cold and hot. The adjustable velcro straps give it a variety of locations on the body possible for use. Definiteltly worth it!

Great equipment to ease joint and muscle pain. Both hot and cold work great.

This device is nice-ish in concept, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Functionality: I like the idea of instant hot, cold, and contrast therapy, but in practice it’s awkward to use — especially on shoulders. Battery Life: Horrendous. It drains far too quickly, making it unreliable for longer sessions. Design & Usability: A bit weird-looking, and it’s loud enough to be distracting. Bottom line: while the functionality is appealing, the poor battery life and awkward design make this hard to recommend.

Ive had knee and back pains for years now and this product is a life saver. Its so soothing i can truly relax after a long day at work and not wake up in the morning with aches. I love this little machine and recommend it to anyone in pain or looking for a great recovery product!

I am seriously impressed by the cold function on this theracube. A good heating pad isn't too hard to find but this thing gets cold, like uncomfortable to touch cold at the highest setting. It does get toasty hot as well. Fan is fairly quiet. Straps are comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a must have for any person that works out or simply has aches and pains. For far less than the cost of PT or even a chiropractor over time, this part heat therapy, part cryotherapy works the kinks and knots out while you simply chill! Spend the money … it’s well worth it!

This has been the best purchase I've made in years. I use it every day. It saves me so much time i dont have to balance bags on my knees or ankles anymore. I can go from hot to cold without even thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and pick one up.

Works really well! It's been helping with my back pain a lot. I wear it while doing some stretches.
