Problems right out of the box.................

Scan the drive now to fix it". I scan it and no errors are found. I try again. Same error message. The only software on the device is 1 file - a PDF of the warranty. I click on it to view and get an error message "file not found". Clearly this is a low-quality product - I'm returning it.

Worked for 2.5 months

All my other portable drives of various brands including Toshiba work. Wasn’t dropped. Never had an external hard drive that stopped working this quick. I’ve very careful with electronics.

Works well

This Hard Drive has proven to work well for this purpose. I had experienced lost or partial recordings and sporadic operation when using a 32GB Flash Drive.Works
