has great memory, fast speed ,love the key board has numbers very convenient, very comfortable to type lights up. windows 10 great, but too much junk added by Toshiba . only con no disc player

Bought this laptop to replace an old one whose hard drive was fried. Read all reviews available, felt this was the best buy with the functionality I wanted. The touch screen is much better than I expected, never use the mouse now. Windows 10 takes a little getting used to, but after reading a good deal of the documentation I do like it.

Just a warning. I bought this Toshiba P55W-C5204 to replace my old laptop computer. I didn't realize the battery isn't replaceable, there is no CD/DVD drive, nor is there an ethernet port. I kept it because I can buy a USB CD/DVD drive and USB ethernet dongle later if I choose. (So far I haven't needed either). But when the battery dies, it will become a tablet that must be plugged in at all times. I decided that's ok. I love the resolution of the screen, the fast startup and wi-fi, and Windows 10. Just remember...this is a tablet, not a laptop.

The laptop is fast and easy to work with. Thanks to Windows 10, apps are friendlier thab the ones in W8.

I love the sleek design the amount of memory and the size of the hard drive are just what the doctor ordered absolutely love it and the Windows 10 is amazing.

windows 10 blows the doors off 8.1, we have our start buttoon back but can still use apps. no optical drive (but most software doesn't come that way anymore). just remember in case you use DVD's for backup - you will need an external DVD writer. i bought it for the dedicated number pad, you can't beat the price for an i7 machine

Windows 10 is such an improvement over Windows 8! The ease of setup was simple and fast, as all my preferences from my Windows phone and Surface products transferred. Toshiba is a reliable brand and this one is my fourth Satellite laptop (two for work, two for home.) I highly recommend. They are higher priced, and competitors are also selling similar products. I was tempted to switch to a less expensive brand, but decided not to since I needed reliability for a work computer.

Great computer. Fast and capable of multitasking. Windows 10 is a great addition.

Needed to upgrade and replace old laptop. So far so good with the upgraded features, such as Win10.

To replace an older laptop I first purchased 2 HP laptops After both had trouble with wifi returned to the store. This one works great after a complete test of everything I'm happy with it! It came with Win 10 & after getting used to it no problems.

This is my first Windows 10 computer, so I am going to try it this week in my work for the first time and hope all goes well. However, I have had 5 Toshiba laptops (with Windows 95, Windows 98, Millenium, XP and now Windows 10)

This laptop does everything I need it to and more. I love the Windows ten it's easy to use.

Overall I have really enjoyed this computer for the little time that I have had it. Windows 10 - I like the look and feel of the system. Not sure if I am using it to its full capabilities. I major issue I have is the track pad. I am pretty used to using a track pad but I am having difficulty controlling it. My webpages will randomly zoom and I just dont know what is going on. Much better to use a mouse.
