The TP Link range extender works as advertised, easy to set up. Really made my home wifi more useable.

Our modem is in an upstairs room above the garage and we usually had a weak signal on the other side of the home. After installing this extender, we have a great signal and no problems in all of the downstairs rooms. Just follow the instructions for an easy install.

What can I say but an excellent purchase. Does what's advertised and that's all you can really ask. Kids and wife quickly found an Internet "death trap" on opposite side of our newly constructed house. One of these babies strategically placed and easily installed resolved that issue. Then I bought one for work to solve the same problem. I'm a hero all around!

Worked as advertised. Setup was quick (READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!) So far it works well.

It's well worth it if you live in a Condo or Multiple Floors of a house if hardwiring an ethernet cable is not an option. I'm getting the exceptional speeds that my provider provides without any interruptions.

it works ok. it would be nice if it was thinner. weight and size makes it very easy to fall out of the outlet when a cat rubs on it.

Was very easy to set up, as it included a QR code to download an app and set up the device, it allowed me to pick and choose a different username and password than my original WiFi network and has not failed me. The WiFi is as fast and as strong as my original WiFi and if not just a tad bit slower deplending on how many devices are on it.

Improve a lot my wireless signal on blind rooms. Good device

Great speed and distance couldn’t reach bedroom until I set this up.

I was told by two different employees (one, when I ordered the unit and the other, when I picked it up) that all I had to do was plug it into the power outlet. In reading the instructions - after that simplistic advice proved false - I became aware of the complexity involved. Either both employees had not been given appropriate training or they just didn't want to be bothered. Either way, Best Buy has some employee training to do. Also, of interest in the customer support area, I note that there is no way to reach the customer support dept online or via mail - is that to discourage customers from reporting problems similar to the one I had?

Seems to work as advertised-not boosting the connection level of my standby generator, the reason for purchase. Access for other wifi devices is exceptional and covers all other dead areas in my house. Directions could be a little larger and a little more clear.
