Working as expected, the extended coverage is excellent.

Previous extender was 5+ yrs old and signal strength at most remote device was “fair”.
Followed simple instructions to set up and just minutes out of the box was plugged in and working. Signal strength went up to “excellent” and has been rock steady since connected. Highly recommended!!!

I'm very satisfied with this product. It has worked just like I hoped it would and I couldn't be more please with the outcome. It was pretty simple to set up and placed into service, and if needed, it can be moved without having to start the start-up procedure all over again.

Product works as advertised however cannot get any of multiple Roku sticks in my household to connect. Tech-support was not helpful simply recommending to contact Roku. Roku suggests doing the same in the opposite direction. I’m caught in the proverbial death spiral.
I can understand the frustration. The reason you were directed to Roku support is because this is likely not a problem with the extender. TP-Link does not provide client device assistance. Once the extender was determined to be working properly it became a device level issue and you would need to troubleshoot with that device's manufacturer. When you speak with Roku let them know that the extender was troubleshot with TP-Link and that these streaming sticks were the only devices that would not connect to the network. From there they should be able to help address your concern.
