I had terrible dead spots inside the house. Especially upstairs as my router was in an office downstairs. The TP-Link works great. Super Easy to set-up. Works flawlessly - much better connection speeds, even with multiple devices streaming and gaming. Definitely recommend!

Works perfectly and easy to setup. Pushed my Wi-Fi signal out to where I have some blink cameras just put of have of my router and provides a good strong signal. Can even connect to it on my phone out by my driveway. I use an Asus 6e router and worked perfectly with it.

The TP-Link RE505X AX1500 Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender has been a great upgrade for my home network. Setup was quick and easy using the TP-Link app, and I noticed an immediate improvement in coverage, especially in areas that previously had weak or inconsistent signals. The Wi-Fi 6 support delivers faster speeds and more stable connections, even with multiple devices connected at the same time. Streaming, gaming, and video calls now run smoothly with fewer dropouts. The compact white design blends in nicely without taking up much space. Overall, it’s a reliable, affordable solution for extending Wi-Fi coverage and boosting performance throughout the house. Highly recommended.

I caught this on sale, and thought “Why not?”. Now that I’ve had it for a while, I have to admit it is nice to have. The first time setup was a little more than specified, but after resetting the modem and router a couple of times, it keeps the extender running smoothly. I should probably add another one for the other end of the house. That being said, I can move it to where I need it, and just plug it in, and it comes right up. After adding the devices to it, they transition smoothly to it. So far, all of my devices connect seamlessly to it, and I run different kinds of devices whether Microsoft, IOS, or android. I may have to get some cameras to use, and see how stable it will be. So far, with power outages and moving equipment around, it seems to be a good bet. I would recommend this to almost anyone. Even if you only have basic skills, it can be an easy addition to any network.

Worked as advertised. It was pretty easy to access and set up to connect to the wi-fi networks to extend. Using the ethernet port to extend out with cable (which is why I brought this) worked easily too. I've had it going a couple of months now and have had zero issues with it. Hasn't dropped the network, nor any other connection issues so far.

Works really well! My apartment has horrible signal. Since plugging the extender in, we rarely have any issues with the wifi. It makes everything much easier! We used to get to frustrated having to reconnect our tv to the wifi 3-5 times during a movie, but now we never have to worry!

The TP-Link RE505X exceeded my expectations! Setup was super easy — it took just a few minutes to pair with my main router. The Wi-Fi 6 support makes a noticeable difference in speed and stability. Previously, there were dead zones in my house where the signal was weak, but now I get full bars everywhere — streaming and gaming are totally smooth. It also looks sleek and compact, blending right into the wall outlet. If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable range extender, this one is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

I purchased this due to the cost and reviews. I have it in my garage and it is about 80 feet from my router. It is used to allow me to have internet in my steel building that’s 100 feet away from my garage. Works great. Only issue I can say is that when it’s plugged into the wall because of the weight of it and the antennas I have a small bracket to hold it up right other wise it will lean over and almost pull out of the wall receptacle. That’s the only downside I can see. It took about 5 minutes to configure it to my home internet and it’s been working great for 4 months now. I would recommend it and buy another again if needed.

After my previous Linksys range extender stopped working, I replaced it with this, and the singal strength is stronger on the devices it serves when compared to the linksys. The installation instructions are straightforward. I didn't use the app to install it, btw. I just used my laptop and hit the IP address on the extender to configure it via the webpage it displayed.
