The geek squad is the best, my installation was complete in record time, and they cleaned up after themselves

On time, great communication and a stellar job taking care of our investment. The install agents treated my wife with respect and took the care as if they were at their own homes.

First of all I want to say that my installer was great and he got my TV up pretty quickly the day he came. The part that I didn't know when I paid for the mounting service was that Best Buy now outsources this service to 3rd party installers contracted through Best Buy. They're not actually "Geek Squad" people who come out to your house to do it anymore. Not that it really made a difference but it would have been good to know that up front before I started getting calls from people I didn't know trying to talk to me about my TV installation. At the end of the day the guy who did my install was great and he was very professional and courteous throughout the process.

I have always connected my new TV's but decided to let Best Buy do it this time and i am so glad i did. They delivered, unboxed, mounted, and connected the television, Receiver, DirecTV and Blu Ray and then showed me how to use everything. I would highly recommend!!!!

The guys did a great job. They arrived on time . Only problem was they were unsure how to hook up my stereo amp and speakers.
