Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the build quality, lightweight design, and long battery life of the Model One E350 Ultralight Foldable Electric Scooter. Many appreciate its ease of folding and carrying. However, some customers noted that the scooter lacks suspension, which impacts the ride quality on rough surfaces, and that the horn could be improved. Concerns were also raised regarding the scooter's range not always meeting advertised expectations.

Happy and excited to see this scooter on sale for 44% less. The torque is great on a single motor with 350 Watts, plus strong build and sleek design. 4 stars, because no suspension, you can really feel the rough roads and bumps with its solid tires, but they are hassle free on maintenance. Also, range is giving me 9-10 miles only on full throttle (15 mph) on a single charge. When the battery indicator hit 1 bar, it slows down to 6-8 mph and when the indicator turns red, it warns and constantly beeping. So annoying! After 10 days of use, got a communication error, giving me 6,702 total mileage, when in fact 100 miles of use only. Weird! Glad that Best Buy sent me a new scooter. Great CS for both Best Buy and Unagi! Hopefully, this new one won't give me the same defect. Portability is great with its one step folding mechanism, easy to carry. But the bottom part of the bar that folds rattles on bumpy road. Would be better if the deck has darker shade to avoid marks from shoes. Front and rear lights are okay. The handlebar has odd shape and too narrow that you cannot put accessories like phone holder and rear view mirror. But the ride is smooth and motor is quiet. Good enough for a discounted price.

    Stopped working after 19miles

Pros: -15mph in seconds -elegant design -good hand break and manual break -bright night light -light weight -foldable Cons: -can’t go up a 10 degree slope -battery drains fast -handle bar grips slides off everytime -no suspension or shock absorbers or whatsoever, plus the solid tires. you can feel every little rubble on the road -paint scratches off easily -foot grip is rubber and it gets dirty really quick (unpleasant look) -horn is not loud and nobody can hear it (I’m 240lbs) I’ve been using the scooter for almost two weeks to go to work (8 mins travel time on flat road), the back wheel started to have a little wiggle and noise, after the total of 19miles travel distance the back wheel motor stopped working. Not worth the money if you’re going for the design

Neat little portable scooter. I use it to get around in Austin and mainly to my work from the train station. The only thing it lacks is comfort. Because it has runflat tires and no suspension. Does the job though.

Bought this for my college daughter to get around town. Main use is to grocery shop and takeout food. Nice design and light weight. Only 26 pounds, enough for her to lift it. Got a cooler backpack to carry cold stuff and also in case of spillage .Only drawback is no suspension.

I got this for my son but I just can't resist using it while he's at school. It's just tons of fun. I like how you can set it at 1,2 or 3 and that regulates how fast it goes. It really does do 15mph at top speed. I would say the only draw back is that it has no suspension. You feel every bump. But that's not a bug enough deal for me to mark it down.

Got this on sale during a deal of the day, it was well worth the price. The only drawback I have with it is the lack of suspension. It makes rides pretty bumpy. I ride it to work about 2 times a week and it does the job, just as I said earlier it is very bumpy even on some smoother sidewalks.

Had that for almost a year, its very good. The downside is suspension, it wont be a smooth ride if you’re driving it over a road with a lot of cracks, joints, etc.

Great entry level scooter for smooth surfaces

Pros: the scooter looks great. It does its job as an escooter. Its super fun to ridewhere i use it, downtown metro. Cons: battery range is subpar, gets 15 miles on lowest setting of 9mph. I typically use my scooter at the second and third setting which go 12 mph anf 15 mph. At these settings, the battery range drops off significantly. Getting approx. 8 miles range before needing a full recharge. Also, the scooter needs some kind of suspension. Semi-rough surfacesbeat up this scooter and you feel the rough roadway. Lastly, i would recommend this scooter as entry level to use around a suburban neighborhood
