The coffee cups are medium roast which is stated on the cup, not the box. I tried answering on the supplied link and got an answer "Submission currently unavailable . The chat with us option had a message (Not currently available. tried the phone number and could not get past the automated assistant. I hope that someone at Best Buy will get the information to you because after 4 days of trying, I give up.
