Touchscreen works perfectly after plugging in HDMI+ USB. Not only in windows 10 but also in Linux! On windows, not only touch also I can scroll, pinch and zoom no issue which I found surprising as some other user reported not being able to do so. My only complain (and big one) is huge thick edges along the screen, not only it makes it look old but, its raised edges compared to display area along the edge makes it difficult to touch items at the edge of screen. It is not too difficult but, those edges seems unnecessary or could have been lower profile.

Great monitor

I am using it as the second monitor where the main monitor is a touch screen. I am very satisfied with the quality of the picture. I would recommend it.
