It looks and feels "cheap" which is likely why it was on clearance. Overall it is just not a good phone system. Also, several times when changing hands, etc I end up hitting a key that disconnects the call. Regret purchasing this item.

There is no way to turn off the bases or turn down. There is no privacy to listen to VM- everyone in the room know who and what the call is about. I am just waiting until I have the time and energy to go back to best buy and look for another phone

I kept hoping it would get better, but those calling me couldn't hear me with all the background noise, and whatnot...ended up returning it, and the staff at Best Buy were great about returning my money.
