Not like it used to be

I bought a second back-up drive to save only photos/videos but it wasn't compatible with the recent WD I purchased so everything got confused. I checked in with Geek Squad and they couldn't make it work either, but she did get me set up with a manual process to back it up. The drive works, but it's not easy to set up.

It’s a Hard Drive
