We purchased our new microwave to replace one that had worked well for us for 25 years. Needless to say we have been impressed with all the new options available and have thoroughly enjoyed exploring them. Using convection has been rewarding as we haven’t had to heat up the large oven. The soften chocolate was amazing. No more mic for 10 seconds, check and repeat.

Replaced our Samsung which never worked right. This has worked perfectly. The Whirlpool has great even cooking. Samsung, 4 pieces if bacon two are raw and two burnt. This Whirlpool all 4 peices cook evenly. The convection oven is great and workes much better then an air fryer so long as you use the little rack. Price was a bit high. But it is what it is.

Excellent microwave and convection oven. Very quiet, looks great, large interior, convection works great. Have made casseroles and pizzas, it comes out as if done in the regular oven. Only wish is that the manual could be more specific for this model.

My wife and I purchased the Whirlpool suite to update our kitchen and we have not been disappointed! This unit is spacious and offers all of the bells and whistles!! Still have a few things to figure out on the user end, but super happy with its performance and appearance for sure!!

Absolutely a fantastic microwave. Large interior and modern, stylish looking front. The only thing we've found that we don't like is that there is nothing on the buttons that says 'START' and there's nothing in the owner's manual that tells you which button is the 'Start' button. Once you figure it out, it's not a big deal though, lol.

This microwave/convection oven has a lot of useful features. The design looks great too.

Very nice Microwave. Easy to use and very quiet ! We have not had a change to use the Convection Oven yet but if it is anything like the Microwave I'm sure we will like it. Just a note, if you plan to install this item, it is very heavy.

We love the quality of this microwave. It's very quiet and simple to use. I only wish Whirlpool's black stainless was a little shinier--the finish is somewhere between black stainless and black matte.

The convection oven works well. Really good quality for the price!

I've only had this for a few weeks but I've noticed that it has some very cool features. I'm loving the melt and soften features. I had an awful time connecting this to the app but I finally got that done today. I am looking forward to using the convection feature in the future.

This is the best purchase. Very quiet and heats quickly. I love the convection option. There are soo many bells and whistles to learn but it’s worth it. The app works great. I’m guessing the previous problems have been solved. Now I want to purchase the stove that goes with it.

I am updating all my kitchen appliances and received a coupon for 50 percent off an open box appliance. I found this in store and was like let me try this because there is no way I would pay 500 plus dollars for a microwave. Ending up spending around 250 for it and I must say it is very impressive and worth every penny.

The unit is quiet and performs well. There is a plethora of functions doer programmable heating of frozen foods and leftovers. The "smart" functions associated with WIFI are pretty much useless unless you need to be reminded when your food is done cooking. All the the bar codes I scan using my cell phone come back with a message that the item I have is not listed as an item that has instructions for cooking. So no fun with the intelligent cooking feature by scanning the frozen food ID.

I have had this microwave for about month now. I am still getting used to all the options. The sensor cooking is excellent. I tried the steamer that comes with it using frozen mixed vegetable. They were frozen. They came out crunchy with just the right bite. They weren't over cooked. I was impressed. I used the barcode scan on an entree. It downloaded to the microwave and cooked it with directions to stir the potatoes. The convection works as described. If you want a really good microwave/convection then I would tell you to look at the unit. I am enjoying it very much,

Love this new microwave! Sleek looking. First thing I used it for was convection baking of a turkey! Was fully cooked in a bit less than 2 hrs. Thought that scanning the pig to let it cook by directions was awesome but I rarely take something out to stir so don’t really use that anymore.

I never thought I would be in love with a microwave, but this one surprised me with how nice it looks and performs. It is very quiet and easy to use.

Nice looking microwave. Install was fairly straight forward and had no issues following instructions and getting it mounted. Have not tried convection cooking yet but normal microwave functions seem to be working well and as expected.

Convection capabilities, great use of interior space by using the included racks, only a slight bit taller than my old noisy as an old vacuum cleaner microwave, and phone app capabilities. Those were the features I was looking for. The controls might seem overwhelming at first, even for a 28 yr IT Administrator, but that’s a good thing and you can still just punch in the minutes and press play until you get the hang of the features. It is also a very quite device, and fearures the fan and under 2 stage range light. I am very pleased.

So disappointed! Within the first year the controls stopped working after I used the convection feature the first and only time. That was repaired under warranty. 2 months ago, it just quit microwaving. I was warned that microwaves are not made the way they used to be. My previous one lasted 19 years. This one didn't even make it to 4. Seriously!!! P.S. the rack makes it a roomy food warmer.
