    Sleep tracking is the icing on the cake. I have an apple watch, and wanted to use it for sleep tracking but it was just uncomfortable to wear at night. After getting my Whoop!, and wearing it every night since, my sleep has improved, and I feel so much better everyday.

    The Whoop has given me a screen free insight to my health and wellness journey. It’s lightweight and easy to use while still being packed with sensors to track the important metrics. Sleep and recovery are top tier metrics on the whoop and I feel that it’s helped me get better at my routine.

    I was excited for the whoop band. I ordered the Limited edition slate band thinking it was going to be more gray it was closer to a navy blue color. The app was a little wonky and wasn’t really what I was looking for especially if you have to subscribe for future use at $200 per year. Very underwhelming experience from whoop.
