Poor customer service

Runs properly but arrived with a damaged basket, which makes it less useful. Need this unit urgently to stock frozen food. company will not replace damaged basket.

Returned to local Best Buy and ordered a replacement. All good with the replacement. Great help both in store and on the phone. Price match was easy too.

Our big freezer went on the blink and we didn't have room for another this one does just what they say. We are having the kitchen remodeled so we are going to buy another.

Perfect fit for the garage without being bulky. I needed a little extra freezer space and this met the beef.

Defrosting a freezer is so foreign it didn’t even occur to me to check. Other that that it works great. I plugged it in and it was ready to use within 2-3 hours
