When our refrigerator ice maker ran out of ice during one of our hot summers, I went online and purchased this ice maker. It's compact size allows me to use it on my kitchen countertop and is very easy to use. It has different settings for the size of ice you want it to make. I found the right size that can dispense through my refrigerator ice maker without a problem. I'm glad I made this purchase.

Makes the right sized cubes and are easy to crunch. My guy has anemia and chewing ice is a problem that comes from it. Very hard to chew big ice cubes. These are the perfect size and consistency. It made him very happy.

Very happy with purchase. Everything works as advertised, and I now have an ame supply of ice.

This little machine is wonderful! I had ice within half an hour of turning it on. It fits nicely on my counter top and works like a charm. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it makes quite a bit more noise than any other ice maker I've had.

Great product for my sons dorm room. Now he has all the ice he needs for cold drinks while studying!

Works better that prior counter top ice maker but I'm getting the impression they are all temperamental. Frequently have to turn off and on when full of water and "Add Water" light comes on. Once it gets going will make great ice and lots of it.

I had this since March and it is now September. When it was working, it was great. It gave you 2 options of small or large bullet ice. It made me drink more water since I had ice readily on hand. I always used filtered water and it always stayed on my counter. But a few weeks ago, it stopped working. It leaks out the water that it pulled and does not make ice. It also says that it is full, when there is no ice in the basket. I was happy until this happened. The product should last longer than 7 months. Very disappointed.

Great ice maker takes up very little counter space there are only 2 people in my home larger families may want to buy a bigger one

This ice maker makes ice fast, but only a few small cubes at a time. Cubes are pretty small even on the large setting. Also if you don't unload the cubes, they melt. They do not stay frozen. Comes with a basket which is really nice.

So easy to take out of box and start right up love it.

We use this everyday, it is on for about 12 hours a day and works great. When we leave it on too long, it makes loud sounds so best to limit it's use to 12-14 hours a day.

Does not keep ice cold but is convienent and fast.

There 3 adults in my family we live in the hottest part of AZ we never run out of ice we empty the ice basket in a tray in our freezer all day and shut it off at night. The nice from the machine is wet ice nou when put in freezer turns solid in short time , we love it it will pay for itself in short time compared to buying bagged ice.

We have this machine running almost full time. It churns out a batch of cubes in just a few minutes.

Makes great size ice and is very decent size to have in your office or room love it

I got this ice machine because I was tired of buying bags of ice. This saves you money and you at least know you are getting clean ice. It doesn’t make a lot of noise you only hear the water being pulled up and when the ice drops. It doesn’t take up to much space on the counter.

Works really well...makes plenty of ice for my family. I sometimes bag it up as it makes ice if I am expecting family but otherwise it is enough for our family of 4 and 5 when my grandson is over.

I was having my under the cabinet ice machine worked on and didn't want to have to buy ice. This little machine was so worth the money. It easily keeps three Yeti cups in ice every day and then some. Very happy!

We have only used this a couple of times and so far has worked great. Very quiet. Love the option of 2 ice sizes.

I have had for almost a year, it stafted of awesome! Now it barley makes ice when empty and it is soooo loud...
