HI, thank you so much for your great service. You all were so kind when I needed a universal remote and the man who helped me was very kind. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it did not go with my DVD player. That is ok, though. It was worth a try. Our DVD player came from overseas and I understand it will need almost an exact fit to match the remote we need. Thank you again for everything. You are a great company.
