Used it for an Airbnb and it holds battery life very strong and is much better luck than the Yale ex that I had prior. I would buy this lock again.

This is my second Yale smart lock. The first one I had started working inconsistently after 2.5 years. Overall the installation was very easy, and the addition of the fingerprint to open feature is a great backup. My only complaint is that the unit is much slower to auto unlock compared to the previous Yale Assure SL lock I had. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

Great connectivity, much better than Level Lock. As an iPhone user I wanted the a smart lock compatible with HomeKit. This doesn't have "Homekey" but it does work with HomeKit/Bluetooth/Wifi to connect to your device. Geofence helps with auto lock and auto unlock when approaching the front door is great, especially with a handful of groceries.

I got this for my daughter's condo and it was FAIRLY easy to install. It includes templates and pretty much everything you will need. Her front door and back door were different thicknesses and it took a little bit of work in terms of that. But she loves her new smart home locks and it is better for us because everyone has their own codes.

Great lock, easy to install, love the sensor feature that auto locks the door when closed but doesn't try and lock the door when it is ajar pushing the deadbolt into the door trim. Wish it interfaced better with Nest and The Google App versus the Yale App. The auto unlock feature could use a bit of tweaking with the range and timing when my phone gets close

The lock works very well except that it loses connection with WiFi occasionally.

I’ve been considering getting a smart lock similar to this for a while but recently learning a close friend had this lock what’s a slightly older model and loved it helped me to decide. Installation is super easy and quick, usage and configuration is equally as easy if not easier, and the alerts you can set up as well as all the other features make this a must have in your home. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This lock was made, outstanding quality, well built for a reasonable price. The mobile app is easy to use and very responsive.

Finger print reader has only missed once on the 1st attempt (got it on the 2nd try). Fast, not too loud (at least not as loud as our prior kwikset garbage smart lock). The comparison is night and day between our prior smart lock. I can see why they use these on Airbnb homes, they are 100% reliable.

Install - Requires a larger hole than our previously installed August Smart Lock Set-up - Code printed for linking with HomeKit was not correct, took about 3 exchanges with Yale Customer Support to get it resolved, over 2 days, but lock still worked and eventually was resolved. Now that it is installed, we love it! So much better than our previous August Smart Lock. The finger print option is sooo useful! Appreciate also having the option for a physical key in case of technical issues (or for those who do not like to use technological options).

This is my second Yale lock and the upgrade on this version satisfied the only negative comment I had on the previous version. They added a key lock, which is very helpful for rentals or even your own place and the battery dies you have a way to unlock.

Everything I was looking for in a Smart-Lock. The ability to check and make sure I locked the door from my smartphone is a game-changer.

The lock works amazing with fingerprints, sometimes you have to clean it after a while it’s normal but happy with the ease of use and functionality and sleek design

I'm very happy with this lock. It's my 2nd Yale lock. I had trouble getting the first one to sync with my internet. This one works like a charm. I highly recommend. And I installed it myself, so you know it's easy.

Exactly what i was looking for. Easy install, made a code for my daughter who kept loosing keys. The fingerprint scanner works perfect. No lag at all. I would recommend 100%
