Q: QuestionDoes this headset have the capability to mute the microphone? This is a feature I love on my old rig headset and am looking to purchase another one.

- A:Answer Hello Matt, The RIG 500 PRO HX GEN 2 has a flip-to-mute functionality. So simply flip up the microphone boom to mute the mic. And pull it back down into position in front of your mouth to unmute the microphone. This feature helps keep your focus on the game without fiddling for small in-line buttons. Q: QuestionI love this headset but I need asap a replacement cord that connects to my controller. I’m 50’s female. Heavy gamer. Hey I’ve had 3 turtle beach and after 1 hour migraine all night. Game over 4 the day. Rig is light weight 12 hrs later game over.
