Q: Can the camera hold up to outside weather
A: Yes, it can hold up to outside weather.
Q: How long will the battery operate before it needs recharging?
A: I have had 2 of these for 2 months. Batteries have yet to get below 40%. Depends on your settings, ie. Dont max sensor sensitivity, don't max detection zones,consider scheduling motion.
Q: Can you stick it in a window and still work
A: YOU COULD PUT IT IN THE WINDOW SILL AND I DO NOT SEE WHY IT WOULD NOT WORK.........PROBABLY HAVE TO ADJUST FOR GLARE AND REFLECTIONS CREATED BY THE LENS AND GLASS AND BRIGHTNESS VALUE OUTSIDE
Q: How far away from your wifi source will these cameras work
A: Depends on your router, you can also use ring chime pro WiFi extender. I did.
A: $3/month per device or $10/month for unlimited devices at one address. So if you have 3 devices it's cheaper to pay for each device. If you have more than 3 it's cheaper to get the unlimited plan. If you purchase annually it's $30/year or $100/year respectively. Basically you get 2 months free if you purchase a year at a time.
A: When it detects motion it will record fifteen seconds and fifteen more seconds every time it detects motion again.
Q: Why I didn't get anything free when I just Purchased mine
A: When I bought mine, the salesperson did the transaction and then I asked him about the free amazon echo, he did not know, he checked the promo and had to bring the amazon echo and did the transaction again scanning the echo, and then the camera, automatically the price of the amazon echo went to $0. I think you need to tell them about the promo.

So easy to install
I was looking at the ring floodlights with the camera and they cost about $250 and would need to be wired in. This great camera was about 1/3 the cost and went up in minutes with no professional needed. It covers my garage and driveway- just the areas my ring doorbell couldn't see. The picture is clear and it's easy to adjust from side to side or up and down once it's mounted. The battery does need to be recharged periodically. I have had to charge it one extra time since the purchase (but we look at it a LOT so that drains the battery more). I usually take it out and do it when we are home and don't need the security. Well worth the price!

Very Satisfied With This.
I have 3 of these already...and they are all paired with a Solar Panel. Batteries are always at 100%. Night Vision is great, but it is in Black and White. If you want night pictures in Color, use an LED Light Bulb Daylight....not the Bright White and Neutral White. Use LED Light Bulb Daylight. Check out the picture ... you can see the date and time and the difference in picture quality and detail.

Ring cameras
Amazing cameras, super easy to install/connect and put up where you want it, wired or wireless, perfect picture quality, and very affordable, i love them so much i have 7 protecting my property perimeter!!! Well worth it! The side mounted bracket is sold separately but very affordable also.
