    Features

    5.8 cu. ft. capacity

Prepare multiple dishes at once with 2 wire oven racks and 4 separate burners.

    Virtual Flame Technology™

Cooktop glows like a real gas flame. LED lights give you peace of mind and visual control to clearly see which burners are on and hot.

    Samsung Induction range

Heat only the cookware. Electromagnetic fields keep the cooktop surface cool, even as the pan gets hot, so food doesn’t stick and fingers don’t get burned.

    Dual Convection

Bake and broil with better results. The fan system distributes heat throughout the oven, so your dishes cook faster and more evenly every time.

    Warming Drawer

Keep cooked meals at the ideal temperature. This drawer stores warm food for you until you’re ready to serve it.

    Wi-Fi connection

Get real-time alerts and control the cooktop and oven remotely. Download the app for iOS and Android devices.

    Self Clean

Say goodbye to oven cleaning. This technology heats the oven to burn off grease and residue, leaving fine ash that can be easily wiped away. Plus, you can also use the Steam Clean setting with spotless results.

Required for Installation: All electric range purchases require a 3- or 4-prong power cord be purchased from Best Buy. If a power cord is not purchased, your delivery will be drop-off only. Find a power cord in the accessories section on this page.

    Antitip Bracket

Our home delivery teams or installers are required to install an antitip bracket at no additional charge. Refusal of antitip bracket installation results in a drop-off only delivery, no connections will be completed.

      No Common Sense Service

      Posted

I have heard personally from people's experience that Samsung Customer Service is horrible and that they wouldn't buy another Samsung Appliance. I certainly experienced the same myself today. Customer Service in Samsung has no common sense! They wouldn't admit that their appliances have defects. I bought a induction slide-in range just 2 months ago. A spice jar fell on the edge of the stove top and the glass cracked across the surface, but the spice jar itself is perfectly fine. I expect appliances in a kitchen would be tougher. I called customer service and the customer rep doesn't think this is a defect and couldn't cover it under warranty. Obviously, the person who design this range never actually cooked in a real kitchen. Then I informed the customer rep about another issue on how the touch screen turns on by me wiping on the screen or when I lean over. All these activations are not direct contact with skin, but through clothing. I have to constantly turn off these accidental "touches". The customer rep told me that even the touch screen turning on is not defective either. "It's designed to detect touches. It's not defective," he said. If you are not intentionally trying to push a button, and you accidentally bump a button with your stomach through clothing and not your finger, then it's poorly designed. Again, the person who design the range never cooked with it. It's not worth buying any Samsung appliance because this horrible service.

Slick design. Responsive burners. No warranty

Pros: Clean look. Quick responsive burners. Informative bright display. Cons: WiFi feature is only useful to check if oven or burners are ON, you can control oven but not top. App is sluggish and very slow. You can not turn off burners remotely, just oven. Item has plastic legs. One leg had stripped thread so I can not adjust the height. Samsung customer service suggested that I hire a professional and they refused to do anything or even cover the part just transferred me to parts department. They pretty much wasted my time on the phone since first time I was pretty much transferred until last person told me to call Samsung customer service and second time they told me to hire someone. I really expected them to at lest ship this plastic leg. Will have to come up with wooden block to support this expensive range. I wonder what the warranty is for and hope nothing else breaks.

Induction is great when you have an elderly person or someone who might forget that a pan is cooking on the stove. This range can detect when a pot is burning and lower the heat, or it automatically shuts off when you lift a pan away. But if you place the pan back it turns on again. The oven is huge and well insulated. The lower heating element is hidden so you don't have to clean around it. The control panel is well laid out, and easy to read and use. I like that you can turn off the oven light if you crack the door open to let out the heat. I took 1 star off because the leveling feet don't screw all the way in. Because of this I had to remove the two front feet and use a board with the proper thickness. Also, the oven door has a lock which is great, but the lock button has instructions telling people how to unlock it. (hold 3 seconds) But I don't want them to know how to unlock the oven door. And 3 seconds is too easy to guess. It should be longer...

I never knew the perks of an induction stove top. The handles on my pots and pans never get too hot to touch and my kitchen doesn't seem to get as hot since it only heats the pan and the food. If something boils over, the liquid doesn't burn and make a sizzling noise. I can move the pan and wipe it clean immediately. So cool! The design of my stove looks like a high-end gas range. The power boost fast heating element heats up like a gas stove. Incredible! It would be hard to go back to conventional stove top now. Gas has alway been my choice but now I'm rethinking that.

If a magnet will stick to the bottom of your pots and pans this inductive range will wow you! Cool to the touch, (you can even lay a paper towel between the pot and the counter top and the paper will not burn). The only thing that gets hot is the contents of the pot. If you are used to cooking with gas, and now your new home is all electric, get this range. It is the closest thing to cooking with gas. It even has a LED flame that glows greater in intensity the higher you turn the heat knob up to give you a visual idea of high the heat is up. Really cool unit.

Don't think that because this is a glass top stove that it is like all the others you have used in your life. Induction is a much more controlled form of cooking. The surface never gets hot enough to burn food on so it cleans up quite easily. You will need magnetic/stainless cookware for this but it was a good excuse to upgrade our old set anyway. Sleek and easy to use. I highly recommend this stove to anybody that is looking.

The induction stovetop works well, accelerating cooking, and is easier than a normal electric range to keep clean. The burner knobs are fabulous. The visual feedback, control features, and operation are all simple, straightworward, and effective. The hidden burner in the oven is a nice touch, too. Getting hot food off of the lowest rack in the oven is a bit difficult, due to its shape, but otherwise stellar operation.

Never thought I would like an electric stove as much as I like this induction stove. I've always had a gas stove but decided to get the induction for a kitchen remodel and space is limited. A magnet sticks to my pots and pans, so no need to purchase a new set. Haven't tried the convection oven yet, but I've read good things about them.
