Q: Can you conceal all wires behind the TV? I do not want a single wire hanging down.
A: Yes, if you go through the wall behind the tv which is what I did.
Q: Does it come with a preloaded selection of art or are you forced into an art store subscription?
A: It comes with 100 images already loaded for use. You can also use a flash drive to load your own images or images downloaded from third-party sources, e.g., the Metropolitan Museum of Art (400,000 images available for free).
Q: Does this tv come with at least one frame? If so what color? If not that’s disappointing
A: My 55” Frame TV has a very nice built in flat black frame. No need to spend $200 on a separate Frame unless you really need a brown, white or beige frame to coordinate with your room.
A: Yes, via the SmartThings application. However, it doesn't work with my version of iPhone. Samsung/ SmartThings support said Apple has not allowed them to offer this feature (I assume for competitive reasons). You can also upload images via a USB drive to the One Connect box which is very easy, just a couple of extra steps.
Q: Can you use a tilt frame with this tv to get approximately 10 degrees downward tilt?
A: Yes. The Frame TV comes with its own mounting bracket that allows the TV to be tilted at least 10 degrees.
A: Yes the Frame automatically accepts airplay’s from your phone, so you really don’t need to keep your Apple TV anymore. I personally still keep an Apple TV to play games, so you can see in the attached screenshot both options available when I try to airplay As for the cords, there is just one single 16ft fiber optic cord to the tv coming from the One Connect box. The box itself is a little bulky, but you can tuck that away along with all the other connected devices. Overall fantastic tv design, I absolutely love this TV
A: It comes with its own wall mount. I think this is a 2019 model but am not sure about that. We have two and love them
Q: Does this TV come with the one connect box?
A: Yes it does. Tv, one connect box, cable and low profile mount for flush to wall mounting. The only item needed is a frame as the tv comes black, but if you want the frame look this must be purchased for the color you want. I chose white and it looks great matching to all my trim.
