Q: Is the mount included in this model?
A: I just bought this tv through best buy and the mount was in fact included in the box.
A: You have a choice of different colors and styles for the mat. They are generated electronically by the TV.
Q: Do you need an ethernet connection or can it be used by just using your Wifi connection?
A: wifi will work. however it took me several times to reset the wifi so it will connect to the tv when shutting the tv on/off before it automatically connects to wifi when you turn the tv on
Q: how do I select the frame and how do I select my art. Can I display a personal picture?
A: From a design standpoint you would select the frame based on your decor in the rest of the house. I personally didn’t get a frame since I’m still decorating and I think my Frame TV looks fine without it. Artwork would be your personal preference. If that’s not what you’re talking about then I suggest searching YouTube videos to help you maneuver how to pick art from what is free and uploaded to your TV from Samsung. You also have the capability of purchasing art to display, also through the Samsung site. Yes, you can upload your own art and photos though it has to be a certain resolution to display properly. Again, if you have trouble with this, search YouTube for videos or if you’re feeling adventurous, just play with the TV art capabilities yourself. Geek Squad can also come out and help you if you want to spend the money. These TVs can really do a lot, and to get the most from your Frame TV, help from the pros at Geek Squad might be worth it.
A: The cheaper one is last year’s model (although at the moment the new one is also $400 off). The 2018 model has “Bixby” voice commands and some other additional features. The mount is included with both

A: The frame is separate. There are three colors to choose from.
Q: Do i need a power outlet for behind the tv itself or the power from the one box?
A: Power is only needed for the One Connect Box. It provides power to the TV.
