A: My Hubby has a Samsung Galaxy S8 and he screen mirrored to this TV. That is the first thing he was super excited about. For Apple phones there is a IOS App. I have an Apple but I haven't tried it on the TV yet. I have a Plus screen on my phone. It's not necessary for me personally to use the feature. Hope this somewhat helps
A: I just bought one a week ago. i hooked up my stereo through the ARC which is HDMI 1. It also has a eARC capable. In fact when hooking up the ARC, make sure you do not select eARC from the Sound setup unless you do have eARC sound device. I had not notice the "e" in eARC and took me a while to trouble shoot as i was not getting any sound at first :-)
