Q: What size stand do I need ? Right now I have a 64 inch stand holding a 70 inch tv. Would that work ?
A: Hi Harry! The leg width of the 82Q70T is 65.2" - you will need a stand that is able to fit that size. Stepping up to the Q80T TV, the Q80T utilizes a center pedestal which would allow you to use your existing stand; however, the Q80T comes in either 75" or 85". Q: I will be using this in a very bright room, will I have a serious glair/ reflection issue?
A: This TV has an option for the tv to adjust to the light in the room on its own. I choose this option because of the large windows in my house and it works great. I watch tv all day.
Q: Does this have Plex in the Apps?
A: It does not have plex installed by default but you can get it from their onscreen apps. I use it on both my Samsung smart TVs and it works great
Q: Can you wall mount this model?
A: Yes, we purchased the same TV and have it wall mounted. It comes with the standard wall-mount screw holes on the back of the unit. Given size and weight of the TV, you'll want to ensure that you mount into a sturdy wall or studs and get a mounting system that supports this weight. Good luck!
