Q: Can this phone be used with Total Wireless? I already have a plan with them. I just need to replace my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII that I think is getting ready to expire on me.

A: We recently replaced our S4 with an S5 at Best Buy. The SIM card transferred ok, but we failed to notice the S5 phone we ordered with Best Buy was set up for ATT. Obviously, we could not get it to work with our carrier Verizon. The Samsung rep at Best Buy helped us with our problem, but Best Buy charged us $35 to replace our new phone to the correct version. Hint: Be careful to talk things over with a good Samsung rep (hopefully on site at Best Buy), and look carefully at the hidden print on the phone you buy. Make sure it will work with your carrier, and make sure your SIM from S3 to S5 will work properly. Sorry, I don't know much about your carrier. Good luck.
