Very nice

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Disappointed to lose the microSD and charger, no significant camera improvements, no aptX HD, and no UWB, but overall I'm still happy with it. The plastic body is totally fine and I like the size. Does it knock my socks off? No. But it's pretty fast, the UI is pretty good, battery life is decent. Would've liked to see those be flagship-level excellent instead of just pretty good, but for the lower price and offers, I guess it's fine. Would like Samsung add a battery health information like that found on Apple iPhones.

Glad I Waited

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5This was an upgrade from a galaxy S4. I have been resistant to purchase a new phone, and am glad I waited. Set up and transfer of my info was smooth and painless. The battery life and wireless charging capability is an excellent feature. I also like the way the pre-installed apps are grouped in the settings - Samsung apps, Google apps, galaxy apps - are each in their own tidy little group so that I can choose which ones I want to activate. Using the camera is much easier and fun even though I haven't quite learned how to use the features yet. I especially like the placement and quality of the speaker and the ability to do one touch video calling with my grandchildren.

Quality4 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5Great phone and love the 30x camera zoom and totally flat glass screen. NOTE: Samsung is no longer putting MicroSD card slots in their phones. Keep this in mind when deciding how much internal storage you need!

Quality4 out of 5Value3 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Moved from an s20 ultra to this. Screen image is amazing chargers fast. Good camera. Issue which is why I have to give 4 stars this thing but s through the battery. I did all tricks I could to save battery life that I had on my s20 ultra. I got 6 hours of use and dropped 70% from full. My s20ultra would last me a full day easily and be at 30%. S21 should only be 25% less battery spec wise but sure doesn't seem like.

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5This phone is Amazing! The camera is photoabsolutely Incredible! I have taken many photos in my life overall and much with 35mm. Awesome to take photos with this kind of camera on a phone. I upgraded from a Galaxy S9. Love the android phones. Had zero issues with the S9, and I should experience the same with this one! Processor Speed is very positive with the S21. Thank you.

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I love it! The size is not too big and the colors are sharp and clean when taking pictures or video! I like the way you can zoom in close on something high up or far away and can crop pictures from a video! I have more storage now and love the colors you can buy! The price was very affordable too!

Great phone, upgrade from S10
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Upgraded from a S10 to the S21. While the S10 has been a great phone, the S21 has already surpassed it in performance. The button rearrangement has taken some time to get used to. And the lack of SD slot is sort of a bummer, but other than that it's a much better phone.
