Q: My dishes never dry, condensation stays on for days how do I get heat to dry them
A: You should use Finish. None of the dishwashers work without a rinse agent.
Q: and has anyone have issues with the auto door release at the end of the cycle?
A: OMG yes, I'm going thru this right now-- been almost 3 months trying to figure this out-- they've replaced 4 parts-- and it still will not function like when we first got it--- worked great of rite first 3 months, then we noticed dishes weren't getting clean, not drying, and massive detergent stains on the door at the end of the cycle-- basically the soap dispenser isn't opening at the right time--- too late, and the water wall isn't cleaning with enough pressure, and the door is opening to soon and not drying the dishes--- ridiculous I tell you
Q: Does the handle have a light in it? If so can it be turned off?
A: The handle has a blue light that turn on when you start the dishwasher. Once it's completely done washing it will turn off on its own
A: Can't speak to other models but this one seems to work well, if not a little over priced not on sale. It has one spinning arm in the roof for the third drawer, one for the middle, and the water wall for the bottom. The middle rack adjusts up for bigger items. It's pretty easy to block the middle arm or the top arm if you put something tall in the bottom or third rack if you aren't paying attention. Only big issue I've had is WiFi function being pretty useless because you have to turn the washer on and press the smart button to let you control anything from the phone.
Q: Does this dishwasher have the food grinder in it?
A: No it has a filter
A: Yes. You have to set it up and can also disable it through the app. Also you can select a button on the front of the unit to turn it off. It is labeled “smart control”
