Q: Is the docking station included with the vacuum or do you have to purchase that separatelhy.
A: Included
Q: does it explode or catch fire?
A: No it hasn't exploded and has never gave the impression that it wants too either
Q: If this product is that good why only 30 days warranty
A: The vac only has a 30 day warranty, because they have a horrible reliability record. If you didn't get the extended warranty, be prepared to be dissappointed.
Q: What is the difference between this model and the 9250?
A: I believe this model has less suction power than the 9350. I bought this one as I have no carpets in my house, so I didn't need all of that suction power. Other than that, they are the same.
A: It's a much better product than the Roomba. Much quieter when vacuuming and when rolling on tile. I am extremely pleased with this product.
A: If you purchased at BB they will match it no questions asked. We purchased a Samsung 65" color tv for $1899.99 and it went on sale twice after the purchase and just took the sales reciept to BB twice and they credited our account for over $400.
