This is a great product for the price. I actually only found this item with Best Buy. I have been searching for a dvd player that had DIVX certified for a while. Which all in all is awesome. And even though it says refurbished it is just like a brand new one not a scratch or mark on it. Plus people wondered yes it does come with a very easy to use remote batteries included and av hook-up cables. So you get the complete package. And the fact that it is a name brand dvd helps plus it does come with a warranty. As far as ordering online the service was great. I truly recommend this product to everyone who is looking for a great DVD player.
