Q: can this product be used to backup a computer also? thank you
A: Yes, this can be used to backup the data on a PC hard drive.
Q: Will this work with the Xbox one x?
A: Yes, this will work with Xbox One.
Q: Does this drive come with a power on/off switch?
A: It turns on when the xbox is turned on and the same when turned off. The great thing is you can download a bunch of games and turn off the xbox and the HD will stay on until all the games have been downloaded then turn itself off.
Q: is this 8tb of storage ?will it work with xbox1
A: Yes, it will. I have it connected to my Xbox One Elite console and it works great.
Q: Which platforms does this work with?
A: Well, I bought two of them. The first one was great to ‘plug and play’ onto the XBox 1 since it was already formatted for it. The second I purchased to try with my PS4. Since it was already formatted for the XBox 1 I decided to connect it to my PC first and do a quick format so that I didn’t have headaches with connecting it to my PS4. The PS4 saw it and said it needed to format it. Once completed I spent a couple hours moving and downloading games to make my PS4 whole again. I hope this helps.

A: You can use it with any PC running Windows, without having to do anything. It's plug-and-play.
Q: Can I put other storage devices into the front of the hub?
A: It says you can but I have not tried as my older drives have crashed. Sorry can’t add more info.
Q: Can two Xbox one’s use this at the same time
A: If you mean move it between xboxes, yes. But the digital games won’t work unless you are signed in with the gamer tag that owns the game
