It’s Small…
So far so good. I was shocked at how small this backup device is, about the size of a deck of cards. It would be easy to pack, but I backed up just before going on a trip so if something had happened, I’d have a good backup to restore from. It was effortless to set up.

No PW protection as promised & no padding in box
This SSD does not come with password protection. Before I made the purchase I contacted Seagate and they told me it indeed comes with PW protection. Upon receiving it, there was no PW protection. I contacted Seagate again and they apologized for the bad info. We worked out a deal and I got a Lacie with PW protection. One more thing, Best Buy packaged this with no padding in the box. It arrived at my doorstep and rattled around in the large box. What's up with that? Hard drives should be packaged with padding!
