Shark - DuoClean Slim Upright Vacuum - Charcoal

Light weight, easy to manuver. The light shows all the dirt,hair, dust about to be vacuumed. Love the light ! The hard floor/carpet choice features are great. You need to periodically take the vac and turn the base upside down (unplugged) and with a scissors cut the hair/lint rapped around the brush and clean out the front roller. These detach for cleaning. Do this every few weeks. Shark makes a few duo clean models so read carefully before buying. One has the entire vac detach the other does not. Both are great for their designed applications. YOU MUST CLEAN THE ROLLERS AND CUT OFF THE HAIR/Lint at least once a month. These always go on sale at costco and best buy so only buy when on sale.

I bought this Shark duo clean as a replacement for our other small Shark. The duo clean is much nicer due to the soft roller for hardwood floors that won't scratch and the ability to Disengage the larger brush for smaller shag carpet and floors. I like all the attachments but not enough room to store all of them onboard. Biggest issue is the length of the hose is too short and does not extend long enough for my taste.

Excellent vacuum and first time purchasing a Shark product. Since this vac has a fabric style roller instead of a beater/brush combo, it will not mar your LVP flooring which was important to me. Quick access to using as a hand vac is a nice perk and the swivel ability makes it easy to navigate around furniture. Only thing I would change would be to have a wider head so it would cover more area.

I love my new Shark vacuum. It is an easy to use and works great on hardwood. It picks up all the sand instead of pushing it along, like my old vacuum did. It is also great on carpet. I thought my carpet was vacuumed clean, but when I vacuumed it with my shark so much more dirt was lifted out of the carpet. I was surprised at all the dirt that collected in the dirt cup. Guess my old vacuum didn't pick up as much as I thought it did. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this shark,as a today's special, so glad I did,I saved money,and recieved a product that does everything that it claimed it would.We have zero carpet in our home,and needed a vacuum that could handle tile and hardwoods,this shark does the job.

My previous vacuum was bought in 2012 and after so many years of use, it was time for a new one. My wife and I love the swivel that allows the vacuum to make sharp turns. It definitely has great suction power and switching between carpet mode and hard floor mode is as easy as a press of a button. We don’t vacuum at night or in the dark, but the two lights at the bottom are a nice touch especially on a dark carpet to see small crumbs or dark hairs.

This thing works great! We initially bought it because it was a deal of the day. It wasn't until we bought it that we realized we needed a new vacuum 2 vacuums ago. It's great for pet hair on couches and I swear it pulls itself. If it's not supposed to do that and it's haunted, I'm about that. That's how great it works. It is small though so expect to empty it more often, unless you don't have dogs. In that case maybe you should get one. Great vacuum though.

This is our second Shark. The first is a Rocket which we love. So when we needed a vacuum for our new Florida winter home we bought a Shark. In Florida we have all tile floors and some area rugs. This Shark does a great job on tile floors and the rugs we have. Powerful, easy to use, easy to clean and a reasonable size for storage. We highly recommend this product.
