Q: Are the filters all washable
A: We would like to let you know that the filters are washable.
Q: What is the difference between Lift-Away and Powered Lift-Away. Both seem to be powered
A: We would like to let you know with a unit that is a Powered Lift-away it allows you to use the floor nozzle attached to the wand while in the lift-away mode. With a unit that is just a lift-way you would not be able to use the floor nozzle attached to the wand.
Q: Suitable for wood floors? What is the weight?
A: I use it on my wood floors and it works nicely. It has a hard floor selection. The vacuum is 12.3 lbs.

A: Using the “noise” app on an Apple Watch , while operating in a silent home it’s average is about 70db
Q: Whats the difference between Shark LA502 and LA500?
A: Nothing, It is the model number that signifies were you bought the product. I believe the 500 is Sold at Wal Mart and the 502 is sold at Best Buy.
Q: Does long hair get trapped and wrapped around the roller?
A: Definitely no hair. That was the first thing I checked. There's 3 girls with long hair and a dog. No hair found Near the roller! Thanks for a great sweeper!
