    Q: 70" comparison

    A: Thank you for your interest in the 70” Sharp televisions. All of the 70” Sharp AQUOS televisions were designed to the highest quality and technology standards. The LC70LE732U is the base model for the LC70LE733U, LC70LE734U and the LC70LE735U. The majority of the features are the same on all four models. All four models have X-Gen LCD Panel which has a dynamic contrast ration of 6,000,000:1 and a 4ms response time. All four models are Full HD 1080p which allows a resolution of more than 8 million dots for the sharpest picture possible. However, there are a few differences between the Sharp AQUOS 70” televisions. The LC70LE732U has a 120 Hz panel and Quad Pixel Plus technology. Quad Pixel Plus enables the processing of images with higher resolution and less jags in diagonal lines. The LC70LE733U has AquoMotion 240. AquoMotion 240 Technology improves fast moving images by combining Sharp's 120Hz Fine Motion Enhanced Technology with 120-backlight scanning.The LC70LE734U Sharp television has AquoMotion 240 and Quad Pixel Plus technology. The LC70LE735U Sharp television has AquoMotion 240, Quad Pixel Plus and 3D technology. If you are not interested in 3D technology, the LC70LE734U Sharp television would be an excellent choice as it will have all of the same features as the LC70LE735U minus the 3D technology.

    Q: does it have a built-in web browser?

    A: Not like what you are thinking.. provides built-in WiFi and a suite of network features like CinemaNow, Netflix, VUDU, DLNA video streaming and AQUOS Advantage Live,which is like a customer service site.. there are a few other pre loaded sites , for weather, sports, news ect ect.. but not like a Internet explorer type browser.. you can always hook up your desktop to the PC IN or HDMI and have a killer 70" monitor... I do this with mine(recommendations) HDMI!!

    Q: What is the difference between the 33U and 35U?

    A: thats the only difference ...i have the 35.. and ive seen a 33, i couldnt really tell the diff, as long as its 240hz , 1080p, LED and a Sharp quattron...your not really going to get much better.. unless your looking for 3D .. to be honest ive never even used the 3D lol so a 33 would have done the same job

    Q: PAL

    A: Great question! The LC-70LE735U is designed for the U.S. and North American ATSC and NTSC broadcast standards. It will support PAL-N and PAL-M video signals on the composite inputs.

    Q: Can a 2D picture be "promoted" to simulated 3D (2D->3D)?

    A: Great question! On the LC70LE735U, a 2D image can not be made into a 3D image.

    Q: Is this Sharp tv edgelit or backlit?

    A: Thanks for your interest in the LC70LE735U! This TV has a Full Array backlight system.
