A: This unit has 3 vga outputs and I know for sure has enough cables for at least 3 6+2 and 1 6 pin so yes you would be good to go.
A: No; Not that I'm aware of. This unit already runs very cool and quite. I've not seen it be bothered by heat even enough to raise the fan speed of the PSU.
