Sleep Shepherd - Blue Sleep Tracker - Blue

I was skeptical when I first came across the Sleep Shepherd Blue on Facebook. I didn't think that it could do all that they said it could but I thought I would try it out. Initially I did not sleep well. I was not used to sleeping with something on my head and I usually slept with my TV on in the background which the manual recommends not doing. The changes took a little time to adjust to but after some time (about a week) I noticed that I was falling asleep faster and not waking up as frequently throughout the night. I really am thrilled with the changes I have noticed in my sleep. One of my favorite features has to be the app though. It shows me how I've slept each night. It is facinating to see my personal sleep progession. The smart alarm is really what put the SSB over the edge for me. This alarm slowly wakes me up and I wake up well rested which is a new sensation for me! The cons? It's warm at night It shifts around sometimes Pros! Best sleep I've had in years they have slipcovers to keep the device clean The app is user friendly and keeps me accountable

Software and hardware interface limited not reliable

After struggling with horrible insomnia, both onset and maintenance, for years. I was averaging less than 3 hours a night and now I'm consistently averaging 7 hours total with 5+ being described as quality by the app. While I would love to have the app give stats by actual brainwaves instead of sleep level, I am very impressed with this product. I find it very comfortable to sleep in and the tones not bothersome at all. I turn them down so I can just barely hear them and they become very easy to ignore. I have been to many sleep counselors/workshops, read all the books, practiced all the sleep hygiene tips out there as well as trying almost every supplement and drug available. I was getting ready to try GHB when I found this remarkable device. I'm sure it's efficacy varies from person to person but it certainly has changed my life.

My husband and I have been struggling with waking up absolutely exhausted unless we sleep for ten hours a day. Unfortunately, we find it absolutely impossible to manage to sleep for ten hours a day on top of being functioning adults. We found this product online and hoped that it would improve our sleep quality, so that we would need a more reasonable amount of sleep each night. This product is absolutely amazing. Upon arriving in the mail, we took the time to read the user manual. The manual is concise and only takes about 10 minutes to read. The information is exceedingly useful in not just using the Sleep Shepherd, but understanding the science behind it as well. My husband and I have both woken up absolutely refreshed and energized by using the Sleep Shepherd's alarm. The alarm actually wakes you up gently and the binaural beats speed up and actually wake up your brain. We both struggle with ADHD which makes waking up intensely difficult for both of us. The Sleep Shepherd has become a miracle to our mornings. Moreover, we absolutely love being able to track not just our sleep, but our sleep orientations, quality, and percentages of deep vs. light sleep. We are absolutely excited to improve our sleep quality. Another bonus, the binaural beats sound reminiscent of white noise, which makes falling asleep so peaceful and enjoyable. I find that the binaural beats actually help me fall asleep faster after I wake up to use the restroom at night. This product is fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their sleep quality. I find that I'm so much cheerier after having a better night's rest due to the Sleep shepherd. This is some of the best money we've ever spent.

I was skeptical about wearing something on my head while I slept, but I really don't find the headband disruptive. It did take a couple uses to get used to it, but when I did I found that the Sleep Shepherd does help me sleep better!
